【摘要】：當前的經(jīng)濟全球化是資本引領的全球化,不同生產(chǎn)要素全球流動性的不對稱導致不同生產(chǎn)要素收益不平衡,決定了全球化的內(nèi)在矛盾和缺陷。走出全球化困境的出路不是放棄全球化,而是建設新型的全球化。指導全球化需要一種自由不越矩、寬容不放縱、開放與秩序兼容、效率與公平統(tǒng)一的新型開放觀。新的開放觀應當關注全球化進程中勞動與資本、動態(tài)與穩(wěn)定、國家與民族、主流與多元、自由與規(guī)則、國家主權與全球治理、科學技術與人文精神的恰當關系。
[Abstract]:The current economic globalization is capital-led globalization. The asymmetry of global mobility of different factors of production leads to the imbalance of income of different factors of production, which determines the inherent contradictions and defects of globalization. The way out of the dilemma of globalization is not to abandon globalization, but to build a new type of globalization. Guiding globalization requires a new open view of freedom, tolerance and indulgence, compatibility of openness and order, unity of efficiency and fairness. The new view of opening should pay attention to the proper relationship between labor and capital, dynamic and stable, state and nation, mainstream and pluralism, freedom and rules, national sovereignty and global governance, science and technology and humanistic spirit in the process of globalization.
