【摘要】：區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)是在一定區(qū)域內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的內(nèi)部因素與外部條件相互作用而產(chǎn)生的生產(chǎn)綜合體。區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)是一種綜合性的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的地理概念。它反映區(qū)域性的資源開發(fā)和利用的現(xiàn)狀及其問題,主要表現(xiàn)在地區(qū)生產(chǎn)力布局的科學(xué)性和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益上。區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的效果,并不單純反映在經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)上,同時也反映在社會總體發(fā)展效益和地區(qū)性的生態(tài)效益上。研究表明,能主動融入?yún)^(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的地區(qū),經(jīng)濟(jì)增長速度明顯快于一般地區(qū),發(fā)展效益明顯高于一般地區(qū),合作開發(fā)的步伐明顯快于一般地區(qū),民生改善的力度明顯強(qiáng)于一般地區(qū)。特別是在改革開放成為新時期最鮮明的特點以及市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體系日益完善深度融合的大背景下,區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的好壞,已成為一個國家、一個地區(qū)、一個省市能否提升核心競爭力的制約因素。 本文以武漢市新洲區(qū)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展為研究對象,運(yùn)用區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的知識,從政府管理宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)的視角,對新洲區(qū)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展問題進(jìn)行實證分析,并結(jié)合實際提出提升本區(qū)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的思路和對策。首先,通過總結(jié)概括國內(nèi)外關(guān)于區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的研究綜述,提出區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)研究的方向和趨勢。其次,在調(diào)查相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)及數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,對新洲區(qū)區(qū)的基本區(qū)情概況做介紹。再次,從外部和內(nèi)在兩個方面的因素綜合分析,外部主要對國際、國內(nèi)、省域、市域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展環(huán)境進(jìn)行全方位分析,內(nèi)部主要側(cè)重新洲區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)遇進(jìn)行全方位分析。第四,在前面分析的基礎(chǔ)上,本文提出新洲區(qū)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的近遠(yuǎn)期發(fā)展思路,包括發(fā)展的定位、發(fā)展目標(biāo)、發(fā)展的基本原則等。第五,綜合全文分析,本文從工業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)、服務(wù)業(yè)、生態(tài)文明等幾個角度提出發(fā)展新洲區(qū)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的主要對策。
[Abstract]:Regional economy is a production complex produced by the interaction between internal factors and external conditions of economic development in a certain region. Regional economy is a comprehensive geographical concept of economic development. It reflects the present situation and problems of regional exploitation and utilization of resources, mainly in the scientific and economic benefits of the distribution of regional productive forces. The effect of regional economy is not only reflected in economic indicators, but also in the overall social development and regional ecological benefits. The research shows that the economic growth rate of the region that can actively integrate into the regional economic development is obviously faster than that of the general area, the development benefit is obviously higher than that of the general area, and the pace of cooperative development is obviously faster than that of the general area. People's livelihood improvement is obviously stronger than the general area. Especially under the background that reform and opening up has become the most distinctive feature of the new period and the market economy system is increasingly improving and deep integration, the quality of regional economic development has become a country, a region, Whether a province or city can enhance the core competitiveness of the constraints. This paper takes the development of regional economy in Xinzhou District of Wuhan City as the research object, applies the knowledge of regional economics, from the perspective of government management of macro-economy, makes an empirical analysis on the development of regional economy in Xinzhou District. Combined with the actual situation, this paper puts forward the ideas and countermeasures to promote the regional economic development in this area. First of all, by summing up the domestic and foreign research on regional economic development, the direction and trend of regional economic research are put forward. Secondly, the basic situation of Xinzhou District is introduced on the basis of literature and data. Thirdly, from the external and internal aspects of the comprehensive analysis of factors, the external mainly on the international, domestic, provincial and municipal economic development environment, the internal mainly focus on the advantages and disadvantages of economic development in Xinzhou, The opportunity carries on the omnidirectional analysis. Fourthly, on the basis of the previous analysis, this paper puts forward the short- and long-term development ideas of regional economic development in Xinzhou area, including the orientation of development, the development goal, the basic principles of development, and so on. Fifthly, synthesizing the full text analysis, this paper puts forward the main countermeasures to develop the regional economy of Xinzhou district from the angles of industry, agriculture, service industry and ecological civilization.
