創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展系統(tǒng)動力機制研究
[Abstract]:Innovation-driven development has become one of the most important strategies in China. In practice, the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy in China is also faced with the problems of separation, decentralization and division of scientific and technological innovation resources, deep-rooted traditional development model, difficult to change the interest-driven factors, and low conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements. It is very important to study the motive force of innovation-driven development system and determine the motive force and its mechanism from the perspective of unification theory for improving the internal operation mechanism of innovation-driven development system. Based on the self-organizing characteristics of innovation-driven system, this paper introduces the self-organizing theory, analyzes the evolution process of innovation-driven development system, and divides the dynamic mechanism of innovation-driven development system into dynamic triggering mechanism, dynamic diffusion mechanism and dynamic ordering mechanism. On this basis, the system dynamics theory is introduced to construct innovation. Finally, taking Shaanxi Province as an example, the dynamic mechanism model of the innovation-driven development system is simulated and analyzed, and the R&D investment intensity of the innovation-driven development in Shaanxi Province is sustained. This paper analyzes the important role of the growth rate of financial investment in science and technology, the transformation rate of knowledge innovation achievements and the growth rate of R&D projects in the system, puts forward the innovative financial support, strengthens the main position of enterprise innovation, and promotes the collaborative creation of industry, University and research. New proposals to enhance the level of technology intermediary services and enhance the driving force of innovation driven development in Shaanxi.
