【摘要】：美國(guó)次貸危機(jī)后的世界經(jīng)濟(jì),步履蹣跚,逆全球化成為今天經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)領(lǐng)域和國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系領(lǐng)域討論的重要話題。經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化并不是制度安排,它是一個(gè)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系日益密切的過程,必然是在起伏中進(jìn)展著的。目前,經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化正在醞釀著轉(zhuǎn)型。共商共建共享,構(gòu)建互聯(lián)互通的新平臺(tái),在形成世界新的價(jià)值鏈過程中更加注重世界相對(duì)落后國(guó)家的普惠型經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,這些是經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化未來的發(fā)展方向。中國(guó)"一帶一路"愿景的推進(jìn),將為經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化提供不同于過去的機(jī)會(huì),在互聯(lián)互通的新平臺(tái)基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建新的世界價(jià)值鏈以及"一帶一路"沿線各個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)體之間內(nèi)在的經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系,給它們帶來新的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展增量。
[Abstract]:The world economy after the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States is hobbling, and reverse globalization has become an important topic of discussion in the field of economics and international economic relations today. Economic globalization is not institutional arrangement, it is an increasingly close process of world economic ties, and must be in the ups and downs of the progress. At present, economic globalization is brewing transition. In the process of forming a new value chain in the world, we should pay more attention to the inclusive economic development of the relatively backward countries in the world. These are the development directions of economic globalization in the future. The advancement of China's "Belt and Road" vision will provide opportunities for economic globalization that are different from those of the past. On the basis of the new platform of interconnection, the new world value chain and the internal economic relations among the economies along the "Belt and Road" will bring them new economic growth increments.
