【摘要】：改革開放以來,我國居民收入增長表現(xiàn)出不同的階段性特點。新常態(tài)下,經(jīng)濟增速的放緩對我國實現(xiàn)居民收入合理增長和倍增計劃形成了一定壓力;產(chǎn)業(yè)結構的調(diào)整和優(yōu)化升級從一定程度上會增加國民收入再分配中提高居民收入比重的難度:新舊動能轉(zhuǎn)換,必然會觸及更深層次的矛盾和重大利益調(diào)整,影響甚至制約居民收入的合理增長。對此,應不斷健全居民收入的市場化形成與分配機制、構建居民收入合理增長的動力機制以及完善共享式社會保障機制,以推動經(jīng)濟增長與居民收入增長的良性互動和相互協(xié)調(diào),逐步縮小居民收入差距,促進經(jīng)濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's income growth has shown different stages of characteristics. Under the new normal, the slowdown of the economic growth rate has formed certain pressure on our country to realize the reasonable increase of residents' income and the plan of doubling. The adjustment and optimization of industrial structure will, to a certain extent, increase the difficulty of raising the proportion of residents' income in the redistribution of national income: the transformation of new and old kinetic energy will inevitably touch on deeper contradictions and major interest adjustments. Influence even restrict the reasonable growth of resident income. In view of this, we should constantly perfect the market-oriented formation and distribution mechanism of residents' income, construct the motive mechanism of reasonable increase of residents' income and perfect the sharing social security mechanism. In order to promote the benign interaction and coordination between economic growth and resident income growth, gradually reduce the income gap of residents and promote sustainable economic development.
