【摘要】：根據(jù)技術(shù)等級(jí)將出口商品進(jìn)行分類,選取"一帶一路"沿線38個(gè)國家(地區(qū))為樣本,采用顯示性比較優(yōu)勢(shì)指數(shù)和貿(mào)易特化指數(shù)對(duì)中國35類工業(yè)制成品相對(duì)沿線國家(地區(qū))的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力現(xiàn)狀、變化和互補(bǔ)性進(jìn)行研究。并在此基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)中國對(duì)沿線國家(地區(qū))投資的產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行了選擇。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),我國工業(yè)制成品競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力呈W型分布,低技術(shù)制成品競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力較強(qiáng),資源型、中技術(shù)制成品缺乏優(yōu)勢(shì),高技術(shù)制成品優(yōu)勢(shì)下降;中國與沿線國家(地區(qū))以產(chǎn)業(yè)間互補(bǔ)為主,高技術(shù)制成品中沒有出現(xiàn)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力較強(qiáng)的互補(bǔ)產(chǎn)品。在投資策略上,應(yīng)提高與東道國的產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)程度,加快國內(nèi)優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè)的國際產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈布局,加快國內(nèi)過剩產(chǎn)能轉(zhuǎn)移,推動(dòng)國內(nèi)低端制造業(yè)升級(jí),加大技術(shù)學(xué)習(xí)類投資,增加國內(nèi)高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)出口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:According to the technical grade, the export commodities are classified, and 38 countries (regions) along "Belt and Road" are selected as samples. The present situation, changes and complementarities of the competitiveness of 35 kinds of manufactured goods in China relative to the countries (regions) along the route are studied by using the index of comparative advantage and the index of trade specialization. On this basis, the industry of China's investment in the countries (regions) along the route is selected. It is found that the competitiveness of manufactured products in China is W-type, the competitiveness of low-technology manufactured products is stronger, the resource-based ones, the mid-technology manufactured products lack of advantages, and the advantages of high-tech manufactured products decline. The complementary products between China and other countries (regions) are mainly among industries, and there are no competitive complementary products in high-tech manufactured products. In terms of investment strategy, we should increase the degree of industrial connection with the host country, speed up the layout of international industrial chain of domestic superior industries, speed up the transfer of domestic excess capacity, promote the upgrading of domestic low-end manufacturing industries, and increase investment in technological learning. We will increase the competitive advantage of domestic high-tech industries in export.
