【摘要】：上海萬國生絲檢驗所是中美絲商為改善輸美生絲品質而合作籌設,檢驗之初美國絲商團體、生絲出口洋行之間彼此攻訐,中國絲商受制于人,只得保持中立。檢驗所在起步階段營業(yè)狀況并不理想,經過種種努力,處境有所改善,但一直入不敷出。盡管如此,上海萬國生絲檢驗所在檢驗技術和標準與美國市場同步、中國絲業(yè)調查和研究以及本土生絲檢驗人才培養(yǎng)等方面做出的貢獻值得肯定。南京國民政府成立后,隨著時代主題的轉換,要求生絲檢驗事業(yè)從私辦改國辦、從外辦轉內辦的呼吁日盛。最終,在尊崇"國體"的名義下,檢驗所被收購和整編,生絲檢驗進入國家行使檢權的時代。
[Abstract]:Shanghai Wanguo raw silk Inspection Institute is the cooperation and design of Chinese and American silk merchants to improve the quality of raw silk transmission. In spite of this, the inspection technology and standards of Shanghai Wanguo Sheng silk Inspection Institute are in sync with the United States market. The contribution of the Chinese silk industry investigation and research and the cultivation of local raw silk inspection personnel is worth affirming. After the establishment of the national government of Nanjing, with the transformation of the times theme, the raw silk inspection is required to be changed from private to the country and from the outside. In the name of respecting the "state system", the inspection was acquired and reorganized, and the inspection of raw silk entered the era of exercising state power.
