【摘要】：改革開放以來，河南產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生了很大的變化，對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長起到了很好的促進(jìn)作用。改革開放前期河南省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長十分緩慢,后來省政府出臺一系列政策加快產(chǎn)業(yè)調(diào)整步伐,促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)近幾年來河南省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展速度很快,所以研究河南省30多年來產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變化與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的關(guān)系,有助于為更合理的調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)提供參考意見,具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 作為中部農(nóng)業(yè)大省和人口大省的河南一直在向工業(yè)大省和經(jīng)濟(jì)大省努力，改革開放以來，的確發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化，產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)逐漸向合理化邁進(jìn)，經(jīng)濟(jì)也持續(xù)上升，但上升的速度在每階段相差很大。以往很多學(xué)者也是通過各種方法力求找到產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變化與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的關(guān)系，與這些研究比較，一方面，，分階段考慮兩者之間的關(guān)系，可以更明確的看出產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變化對經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響，使用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析將三次產(chǎn)業(yè)對河南省GDP的影響大小進(jìn)行排序，發(fā)現(xiàn)河南省不同階段對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整后,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的快慢是不同的,各階段重視的產(chǎn)業(yè)不同對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長有很大影響，另一方面,選用多元線性回歸的方法建立了河南省三次產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長貢獻(xiàn)的回歸模型方程，根據(jù)得出的方程我們發(fā)現(xiàn)第一產(chǎn)業(yè)每增長0.211可以帶動GDP增長1個單位，第二產(chǎn)業(yè)每增長0.421可以帶動GDP增長1個單位，第三產(chǎn)業(yè)每增長0.282可以帶動GDP增長1個單位。河南省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長拉動作用從大到小是第二產(chǎn)業(yè)、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)、第一產(chǎn)業(yè)。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, Henan industrial structure has undergone great changes, and played a good role in promoting economic growth. In the early stage of reform and opening up, Henan's economic growth was very slow. Later, the provincial government issued a series of policies to speed up the pace of industrial adjustment and promote economic growth. In recent years, we found that Henan's economy has developed very fast. So the study of the relationship between industrial structure change and economic growth in Henan Province in the past 30 years is helpful to provide reference for more reasonable adjustment of industrial structure and has important practical significance. Henan, as a large agricultural province and a large population province in the central region, has been making great efforts towards the major industrial and economic provinces. Since the reform and opening up, it has indeed undergone earth-shaking changes, the industrial structure has gradually moved towards rationalization, and the economy has continued to rise. But the rate of increase varies greatly from stage to stage. In the past, many scholars also tried to find out the relationship between industrial structure change and economic growth through various methods. Compared with these studies, on the one hand, they considered the relationship between the two in stages. We can more clearly see the impact of industrial structure changes on the economy, using grey correlation analysis to rank the impact of three industries on GDP in Henan Province, and find out that the industrial structure of Henan Province has been adjusted at different stages. The speed of economic development is different, and different industries in different stages have great influence on economic growth. On the other hand, the regression model equation of the contribution of the development of three industries to economic growth in Henan Province is established by using the method of multiple linear regression. According to the equation, we find that every 0.211 growth in primary industry can increase GDP by 1 unit, 0.421 in secondary industry can increase GDP by 1 unit, and 0.282 in tertiary industry can increase GDP by 1 unit. Economic growth in Henan Province from large to small is the second industry, tertiary industry, primary industry.
