【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)的貧困研究側重于貧困的定義、測量、根源、返貧策略等方面,隨著"能力"、"風險"等概念在貧困研究領域的應用,貧困脆弱性以其前瞻性的視角成為目前貧困研究的熱點之一,將未來的風險沖擊和家庭應對風險沖擊的能力等因素考慮在內預測未來的貧困,對提高減貧效率具有重大意義。國外主要針對貧困脆弱性的含義和測算方法開展理論研究,國內研究多借鑒國外的測度方法,以用相關調查數(shù)據(jù)進行實證檢驗為主。本文從貧困脆弱性的相關定義、主要研究內容、研究方法以及相關的實證研究等方面進行梳理和總結,在此基礎上指出目前研究的特點和趨勢,以期為后續(xù)的貧困脆弱性研究和前瞻性的反貧困政策的制定提供有益借鑒。
[Abstract]:Traditional poverty studies focus on the definition, measurement, root causes, strategies of poverty, and so on. With the application of the concepts of "ability" and "risk" in the field of poverty research, Poverty vulnerability has become one of the hotspots of poverty research with its prospective perspective. It is of great significance to improve the efficiency of poverty reduction by taking into account the factors of future risk impact and the ability of families to cope with risk shocks and other factors to predict future poverty. Foreign countries mainly focus on the meaning of poverty vulnerability and the calculation methods to carry out theoretical research, domestic research more reference to foreign measurement methods, mainly using the relevant survey data for empirical testing. In this paper, the definition of poverty vulnerability, the main research content, research methods and related empirical research are summarized, and then the characteristics and trends of current research are pointed out. In order to provide useful reference for the following poverty vulnerability research and forward-looking anti-poverty policy formulation.
