【摘要】：在知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,很多國(guó)家都在實(shí)行積極的區(qū)域創(chuàng)新發(fā)展政策招商引資,借助跨國(guó)企業(yè)帶來更加先進(jìn)的技術(shù)和經(jīng)驗(yàn),增強(qiáng)知識(shí)溢出水平,促進(jìn)東道國(guó)的區(qū)域技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,但事實(shí)上并非如此。本文通過對(duì)國(guó)外學(xué)者關(guān)于FDI與東道國(guó)區(qū)域創(chuàng)新發(fā)展政策的關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究評(píng)述,對(duì)近年來FDI的發(fā)展類型和趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了概括,總結(jié)了FDI的未來研究方向,為我國(guó)政府制定合適的招商引資政策提供參考。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, many countries are implementing positive policies of regional innovation and development to attract investment, bring more advanced technology and experience to multinational enterprises, enhance the level of knowledge spillover, and promote regional technological innovation in host countries. But it is not. This paper reviews the relationship between FDI and regional innovative development policies of host countries, summarizes the types and trends of FDI in recent years, and summarizes the future research direction of FDI. For our government to formulate appropriate investment policies to provide a reference.
