【摘要】：在知識經濟時代,很多國家都在實行積極的區(qū)域創(chuàng)新發(fā)展政策招商引資,借助跨國企業(yè)帶來更加先進的技術和經驗,增強知識溢出水平,促進東道國的區(qū)域技術創(chuàng)新,但事實上并非如此。本文通過對國外學者關于FDI與東道國區(qū)域創(chuàng)新發(fā)展政策的關系進行研究評述,對近年來FDI的發(fā)展類型和趨勢進行了概括,總結了FDI的未來研究方向,為我國政府制定合適的招商引資政策提供參考。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, many countries are implementing positive policies of regional innovation and development to attract investment, bring more advanced technology and experience to multinational enterprises, enhance the level of knowledge spillover, and promote regional technological innovation in host countries. But it is not. This paper reviews the relationship between FDI and regional innovative development policies of host countries, summarizes the types and trends of FDI in recent years, and summarizes the future research direction of FDI. For our government to formulate appropriate investment policies to provide a reference.
