【摘要】："一帶一路"倡議自提出以來,經(jīng)過三年多的發(fā)展,已從最初的理論設(shè)想發(fā)展到目前全面推進(jìn)、務(wù)實(shí)合作的階段。南亞是建設(shè)"一帶一路"的重要方向,其中不少項(xiàng)目和規(guī)劃已經(jīng)逐步開始實(shí)施、落地,尤其是中巴經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊得到了快速推進(jìn),瓜達(dá)爾港修復(fù)并開港使用,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、能源、產(chǎn)能合作方面都進(jìn)展順利,即將進(jìn)入早期收獲階段。與此同時,由于印度的地緣政治擔(dān)憂,給南亞"一帶一路"建設(shè)造成了消極影響。孟中印緬經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊啟動后后繼乏力,中尼印經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊無果而終,21世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路在斯里蘭卡的發(fā)展也是經(jīng)歷曲折后得以恢復(fù)。未來南亞"一帶一路"的推進(jìn)仍取決于兩個因素:一是中印關(guān)系的整體發(fā)展;二是印度的區(qū)域互聯(lián)互通工程能在多大程度上沖擊"一帶一路"。
[Abstract]:After more than three years' development, the "Belt and Road" initiative has developed from the initial theoretical assumption to the stage of comprehensive promotion and pragmatic cooperation. South Asia is an important direction in the construction of "Belt and Road." many of these projects and plans have been gradually implemented, landing. In particular, the China-Pakistan economic corridor has been rapidly promoted, the port of Gwadar has been rehabilitated and opened for use, infrastructure, energy, Production capacity cooperation is progressing smoothly and is about to enter the early harvest stage. At the same time, India's geopolitical concerns have had a negative impact on the construction of South Asia's Belt and Road. The development of the maritime Silk Road in Sri Lanka in the 21st century has also been restored after twists and turns on the development of the Sino-Nepalese Economic Corridor, which failed to succeed after the launch of the Mencia-China Indo-Myanmar Economic Corridor. In the future, the promotion of "Belt and Road" in South Asia still depends on two factors: first, the overall development of Sino-Indian relations; second, the extent to which India's regional connectivity project can impact "Belt and Road".
