【摘要】：國際經(jīng)濟(jì)政策協(xié)調(diào)是美國政府有效應(yīng)對金融危機(jī)的重要支撐,美國推進(jìn)國際經(jīng)濟(jì)政策協(xié)調(diào)的部門主要是財(cái)政部和美聯(lián)儲。在廣泛利用G7、G20等多邊協(xié)調(diào)平臺的同時,美國也積極創(chuàng)造了聯(lián)合降息、貨幣互換等新機(jī)制,并大量進(jìn)行各種非正式的雙邊、多邊政策協(xié)調(diào),其政策協(xié)調(diào)的目標(biāo)和形式會根據(jù)經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行情況靈活調(diào)整。隨著我國宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)政策外溢性的日益增強(qiáng),急需加強(qiáng)國際經(jīng)濟(jì)政策協(xié)調(diào)。應(yīng)在完善國內(nèi)政策協(xié)調(diào)的基礎(chǔ)上,確定相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu),積極參與和發(fā)起正式和非正式的國際宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)政策協(xié)調(diào)。在充分利用現(xiàn)有平臺的基礎(chǔ)上,把握經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力提升的有利時機(jī),逐步創(chuàng)建為我所用的新平臺和新機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:The coordination of international economic policies is an important support for the U.S. government to deal with the financial crisis effectively. The United States promotes the coordination of international economic policies mainly by the Treasury and the Federal Reserve. While making extensive use of multilateral coordination platforms such as the G7 / G20, the United States has also actively created new mechanisms such as joint interest rate cuts, currency swaps, and a large number of informal bilateral and multilateral policy coordination. Its policy coordinates the goal and the form can adjust flexibly according to the economic operation situation. With the increasing spillover of macroeconomic policies in China, it is urgent to strengthen the coordination of international economic policies. On the basis of improving domestic policy coordination, the relevant institutions should be identified and actively participate in and initiate formal and informal international macroeconomic policy coordination. On the basis of making full use of the existing platforms, we should grasp the favorable opportunity to enhance our economic strength and gradually create new platforms and new mechanisms for our own use.
