【摘要】：京滬高速鐵路于2011年完工,是世界上客流量最大的高速鐵路線之一.交通對(duì)于區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響一直是研究重點(diǎn),也一直充滿爭議;國內(nèi)關(guān)于高速鐵路沿線區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的研究雖然起步晚,但隨著近年來高速鐵路對(duì)沿線城市的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)影響逐漸顯現(xiàn),關(guān)于這方面的研究也取得豐厚成果.但是大多沒有對(duì)高速鐵路沿線區(qū)域進(jìn)行分類,對(duì)于欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)修建高速鐵路是否受益并沒有過多研究.本文選取了欠發(fā)達(dá)縣市曲阜作為重點(diǎn)研究對(duì)象,對(duì)比泰安和黃山;利用面板數(shù)據(jù)模型和雙重差分模型進(jìn)行定量分析,借助Eviews9.0軟件進(jìn)行實(shí)現(xiàn).同時(shí)根據(jù)曲阜市的自身特點(diǎn),定性分析了京滬高速鐵路對(duì)于曲阜的經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng).得出了對(duì)高速鐵路這種基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè)應(yīng)適應(yīng)曲阜本地經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的需要,而不應(yīng)透支本地區(qū)發(fā)展機(jī)遇,做到真正可持續(xù)的發(fā)展.
[Abstract]:Completed in 2011, the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway is one of the world's largest passenger lines. The impact of traffic on regional economy has always been the focus of research, but also full of controversy; domestic research on the development of regional economy along high-speed railways started late, However, with the social and economic impact of high-speed railway on cities along the line gradually appeared in recent years, the research on this aspect has also achieved rich results. However, most of the areas along the high-speed railway are not classified, and there is not much research on the benefit of the construction of high-speed railway in the less developed areas. This paper selects Qufu as the research object, compares Tai'an and Huangshan, makes quantitative analysis by using panel data model and double difference model, and implements it with the help of Eviews9.0 software. At the same time, according to the characteristics of Qufu, the economic effect of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway on Qufu is analyzed qualitatively. It is concluded that the construction of this kind of infrastructure of high-speed railway should adapt to the needs of the local economic development in Qufu, and should not overdraw the development opportunities of this region, so as to achieve a truly sustainable development.
