【摘要】：全球化發(fā)展是戰(zhàn)爭、經(jīng)濟(jì)、技術(shù)和大國政治四種邏輯共同作用的結(jié)果,這四種邏輯決定了當(dāng)前全球化處于相對的停滯期。全球化需要積累新的動力才能繼續(xù)發(fā)展。在全球化進(jìn)程中,中國既是受益者,也是貢獻(xiàn)者。面對全球化遭遇挫折,中國更需要有所作為,推動全球化向前發(fā)展。全球化符合中國和世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的共同利益。中國推動全球化的路徑可以從全球、地區(qū)和國內(nèi)三個層面展開。然而,中國的全球化路徑面臨自身能力、利益分配、規(guī)則制定以及機(jī)制建設(shè)等四方面的制約。中國要切實準(zhǔn)備,爭取有所突破,實現(xiàn)中國和世界的雙贏。
[Abstract]:The development of globalization is the result of the combined action of war, economy, technology and great power politics, which determines the relative stagnation of globalization. Globalization needs to accumulate new impetus to continue to develop. In the process of globalization, China is both a beneficiary and a contributor. Facing the setback of globalization, China needs to do something to push globalization forward. Globalization is in the common interest of China and the world economy. China's path to globalization can be launched at three levels: global, regional and domestic. However, China's globalization path faces four constraints: ability, benefit distribution, rule making and mechanism construction. China should be prepared to make a breakthrough and achieve a win-win for China and the world.
