【摘要】：1986年越南實行經濟改革后，經濟得到快速發(fā)展，宏觀經濟較穩(wěn)定，同時外債規(guī)模也在不斷擴大。外債與越南的經濟增長密切相關，本文旨在探討越南的外債與經濟增長之間存在的因果關系。 本文通過搜集相關數(shù)據(jù)，，分析了越南的外債規(guī)模及經濟影響。從規(guī)模來看，越南的外債在逐年增長，促進了越南的支柱產業(yè)發(fā)展和基礎設施建設，但在一定程度上也制約了越南的經濟發(fā)展。越南的外匯儲備與外債總額的比例處于0.2-0.5之間的水平，外債償還能力較弱。由于償債壓力不斷加大，導致越南國內的資本利用效率低下、通貨膨脹率較高、政府的財政預算赤字激增。同時，選取1994至2011年的越南國內生產總值、外債余額、經濟開放程度、進出口貿易量等相關經濟變量的系列數(shù)據(jù)，進行了實證分析，得出外債規(guī)模和國內總投資是對越南的經濟增長影響作用最大的兩個變量。最后，基于實證分析結果討論了改進越南外債管理工作的政策。
[Abstract]:After the economic reform of Vietnam in 1986, the economy developed rapidly, the macro economy was stable, and the scale of foreign debt was expanding. Foreign debt is closely related to Vietnam's economic growth. This paper aims to explore the causal relationship between Vietnam's external debt and economic growth. By collecting relevant data, this paper analyzes the scale and economic impact of Vietnam's foreign debt. In terms of scale, Vietnam's foreign debt is increasing year by year, which promotes the development of Vietnam's pillar industries and infrastructure, but also restricts its economic development to a certain extent. The ratio of Vietnam's foreign exchange reserves to total foreign debt is between 0.2 and 0.5, and its external debt repayment capacity is weak. Rising debt-servicing pressures have led to inefficient domestic capital use, high inflation and a surge in the government's budget deficit. At the same time, the series data of Vietnam's GDP, foreign debt balance, economic openness, import / export trade volume and other related economic variables from 1994 to 2011 are analyzed empirically. It is concluded that the scale of foreign debt and total domestic investment are the two variables that have the greatest impact on Vietnam's economic growth. Finally, based on the results of empirical analysis, the policy of improving Vietnam's foreign debt management is discussed.
