【摘要】:目前,我國(guó)正處于工業(yè)化和城市化發(fā)展的中期階段,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速增長(zhǎng),經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、區(qū)域結(jié)構(gòu)和城市結(jié)構(gòu)均面臨著巨大轉(zhuǎn)變。從發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)規(guī)律和經(jīng)驗(yàn)來看,在人均收入達(dá)到10000美元之前,經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)會(huì)表現(xiàn)出明顯的空間聚集和集中特征。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),到2030年,中國(guó)人口將會(huì)達(dá)到16億左右,有至少3億的人口會(huì)涌入城市,由此引發(fā)要素的空間聚集與集中,將會(huì)推動(dòng)城市群、城市圈、城市帶為主體的各類城市區(qū)域逐步形成。信息和交通技術(shù)的發(fā)展,空間連接的形式和通道增多,連接的時(shí)間和距離越來越短,導(dǎo)致城市群內(nèi)部城市間的聯(lián)系成本越來越低,分工與合作滲透到城市的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)越來越打破單一城市的空間范圍,城市間的影響與互動(dòng)變得密切而頻繁,網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系成為促進(jìn)城市、區(qū)域發(fā)展和重構(gòu)空間格局的動(dòng)力。然而一直以來,現(xiàn)有研究所關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)大多集中于單個(gè)城市的集聚經(jīng)濟(jì),忽略了城市的外部環(huán)境、城市與城市之間的關(guān)系。因此,研究要素和經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)相互作用所引發(fā)的“流”和經(jīng)濟(jì)“網(wǎng)絡(luò)化”活動(dòng)以及由此所形成的城市間的網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系過程,對(duì)于優(yōu)化資源的空間配置、加快空間結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)空間的合理發(fā)展具有重要意義。 從理論層面看,聚集經(jīng)濟(jì)理論在沒有網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析的情況下會(huì)導(dǎo)致空間結(jié)構(gòu)整體信息在經(jīng)濟(jì)空間演化分析中的缺失。因此,有必要將空間經(jīng)濟(jì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的概念和分析方法引入理論和實(shí)證研究當(dāng)中,以彌補(bǔ)理論經(jīng)濟(jì)空間和地理網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間的不一致。本文綜合新經(jīng)濟(jì)地理空間演化理論、城市和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)空間結(jié)構(gòu)理論和交通經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的相關(guān)理論引入“空間經(jīng)濟(jì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)”概念,并運(yùn)用復(fù)雜社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析和計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等工具方法,就其內(nèi)在機(jī)理和實(shí)際效應(yīng)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的闡釋和研究,為研究經(jīng)活動(dòng)空間分布和演進(jìn)規(guī)律的提供一個(gè)全新視角。另外,本文選題來源于國(guó)家社科基金重大項(xiàng)目“空間經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)在中國(guó)的理論與實(shí)踐”中的子課題項(xiàng)目。 基于以上背景,在對(duì)空間經(jīng)濟(jì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)研究的概念和理論進(jìn)行回顧和梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了集“內(nèi)涵—?jiǎng)右颉獧C(jī)理—路徑—評(píng)價(jià)—效應(yīng)”于一體的空間經(jīng)濟(jì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論分析框架。本文將空間經(jīng)濟(jì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)界定為空間經(jīng)濟(jì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)是在一定地域范圍內(nèi),以城市節(jié)點(diǎn)為代表的,包含城市內(nèi)部各種經(jīng)濟(jì)主體的相互作用和關(guān)系的總和及其空間結(jié)構(gòu)形態(tài)。空間經(jīng)濟(jì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的形成主要是在市場(chǎng)和政府兩條作用路徑之下,通過空間集聚與擴(kuò)散機(jī)制、空間外部性機(jī)制和空間競(jìng)合機(jī)制,要素在企業(yè)區(qū)位決策和政府的制度引導(dǎo)下沿著企業(yè)生產(chǎn)和組織關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施網(wǎng)絡(luò)的的路徑實(shí)現(xiàn)在不同城市間集聚和網(wǎng)絡(luò)擴(kuò)散。空間經(jīng)濟(jì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的時(shí)空演化表現(xiàn)出不同的結(jié)構(gòu)模式,并且具有空間結(jié)構(gòu)效應(yīng)和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)效應(yīng)等功能。為驗(yàn)證這一理論框架的適用性,本文首先借鑒復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)指標(biāo)和分析方法,從節(jié)點(diǎn)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系和網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)等多維視角構(gòu)建了空間經(jīng)濟(jì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并以京津冀城市群為例進(jìn)行測(cè)度和分析;其次,分別以全國(guó)十大城市群為研究對(duì)象,就空間經(jīng)濟(jì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的效應(yīng)進(jìn)行實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。 通過理論分析和實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),本文主要得出以下研究結(jié)論:第一,空間經(jīng)濟(jì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的完善對(duì)于空間結(jié)構(gòu)演化具有明顯的推動(dòng)作用,表現(xiàn)為在區(qū)域范圍向城市群集中—在城市群內(nèi)部集聚或擴(kuò)散的趨勢(shì);特別是在區(qū)域?qū)用?空間經(jīng)濟(jì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的不同層面對(duì)城市群空間結(jié)構(gòu)的影響不同,其中交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施作用下城市群空間結(jié)構(gòu)呈現(xiàn)由單中心結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)化向多中心網(wǎng)絡(luò)演變的“倒U型”漸進(jìn)過程,要素流動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)推動(dòng)城市群空間結(jié)構(gòu)的多中心化;互聯(lián)網(wǎng)設(shè)施對(duì)城市群空間結(jié)構(gòu)的影響根據(jù)城市產(chǎn)業(yè)功能特征呈現(xiàn)“集聚—多中心”的雙向模式。第二,空間經(jīng)濟(jì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的完善能夠有效提升區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)績(jī)效,帶動(dòng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同增長(zhǎng),實(shí)證結(jié)果表明,單中心的城市群空間結(jié)構(gòu)是低效率水平城市群的主要制約因素,網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的空間結(jié)構(gòu)形態(tài)對(duì)于提升城市經(jīng)濟(jì)績(jī)效作用明顯,只有當(dāng)城市群整體效率水平的達(dá)到一定程度之后,城市群內(nèi)部的結(jié)構(gòu)差異的影響才開始不顯著;而基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施網(wǎng)絡(luò)的完善、要素流動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的容量擴(kuò)張均能顯著的提升城市群全要素生產(chǎn)率和技術(shù)進(jìn)步水平。
[Abstract]:At present, China is in the middle stage of industrialization and urbanization. With the rapid growth of economy, the economic structure, industrial structure, regional structure and urban structure are facing great changes. From the laws and experiences of the economic growth of developed countries, the economic activity will show obvious vacant time before the per capita income reaches 10000 dollars. According to statistics, according to the statistics, by 2030, the population of China will reach about 1 billion 600 million, and at least 300 million of the population will pour into the city. Thus, the spatial aggregation and concentration of the elements will lead to the gradual formation of the urban areas, the urban areas and the urban zones. The development of information and transportation technology and the form of space connection will be promoted. As the number of channels and channels increased, the time and distance of connection became shorter and shorter, which resulted in the lower connection cost among cities within the urban agglomeration, and the division of labor and cooperation infiltrated into the various areas of the city. With the economic activities more and more breaking the spatial scope of the single City, the influence and interaction between cities became close and frequent, and the network relationship became the city, Regional development and reconstruction of spatial pattern, however, most of the focus of the current research focus on the agglomeration economy of a single city, neglecting the external environment of the city and the relationship between cities and cities. Therefore, the "flow" and "network" activities caused by the interaction of factors and economic activities are taken as a result. It is of great significance to optimize the spatial allocation of resources, speed up the adjustment of space structure and realize the rational development of economic space.
From the theoretical point of view, the aggregation economic theory will lead to the lack of spatial structure overall information in the analysis of economic space evolution without network analysis. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce the concept and analysis method of the spatial economic network into the theoretical and empirical research in order to make up the inconsistency between the theoretical economic space and the geographic network space. In this paper, the new economic geography space evolution theory, the theory of spatial structure of urban and regional economics and the related theory of traffic economics are introduced into the concept of "space economy network", and the internal mechanism and the actual effect are systematically explained and studied by using the tools of complex social network analysis and econometrics. In addition, the topic of this paper comes from the sub project of "the theory and practice of space economics in China", which is a major project of the National Social Science Fund.
Based on the above background, based on the review and combing of the concept and theory of spatial economic network research, the theoretical analysis framework of space economic network is set up, which integrates "intension motivation mechanism path evaluation effect". In this paper, space economic network is designated as space economic network in a certain area. On the other hand, the urban node is represented by the sum of the interaction and relationship between the various economic subjects in the city and its spatial structure. The formation of the space economic network is mainly under the two action paths of the market and the government, through the spatial agglomeration and diffusion mechanism, the spatial externality mechanism and the spatial competing mechanism, and the elements in the enterprise. Under the guidance of the location decision and the government system, the path of the enterprise production and organization network and the infrastructure network is realized in the different urban agglomeration and network diffusion. The spatial and temporal evolution of the spatial economic network shows different structural patterns, and has the functions of spatial structure effect and economic growth effect. The applicability of the theoretical framework, this paper first draws on the complex network index and analysis method, constructs the evaluation index system of the spatial economic network from the multi-dimensional perspective of nodes, network relations and network structure, and takes the Beijing Tianjin Hebei Urban Agglomeration as an example to measure and analyze. Secondly, the space classics are taken as the research object of the ten major urban agglomeration in China. The effect of the economic network is tested empirically.
Through theoretical analysis and empirical test, the main conclusions of this paper are as follows: first, the improvement of space economic network has an obvious impetus to the evolution of spatial structure, showing the trend of centralization of urban agglomeration to the urban agglomeration in the region, especially in the regional level, and the spatial economic network is not. The influence of the same layer on the spatial structure of urban agglomeration is different, in which the spatial structure of urban agglomeration under the action of traffic infrastructure presents a "inverted U" gradual process from the single center structure strengthening to the multi center network. The factor flow network promotes the multi centralization of the spatial structure of the urban agglomeration; the influence of the Internet facilities on the spatial structure of the urban agglomeration Second, the improvement of the spatial economic network can effectively improve the regional economic performance and promote the coordinated growth of the regional economy. The empirical results show that the spatial structure of the single center urban agglomeration is the main restriction factor of the low efficiency water level city group and the network space. Structural form plays a significant role in improving urban economic performance. Only when the overall efficiency level of urban agglomeration reaches a certain degree, the impact of structural differences within the urban agglomeration is not significant; and the improvement of infrastructure network and the expansion of the capacity of the element flow network can significantly improve the total factor productivity and technology of urban agglomeration. The level of operation was improved.
