【摘要】：新中國成立以來,在經(jīng)過幾代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體的指導(dǎo)下,我國的發(fā)展取得了舉世矚目的成就。進(jìn)入發(fā)展的新時(shí)期,我國原有的粗放型發(fā)展模式產(chǎn)生、累積的矛盾日益凸顯,因此實(shí)施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,從根本上來說是我國社會發(fā)展進(jìn)程中的必然選擇。本文嘗試探索我國創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施路徑,這對全面有效的理解創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施有著積極的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。首先,本文通過回往我國的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展歷史,結(jié)合新時(shí)期我國發(fā)展所面臨的問題進(jìn)行分析,明確了我國實(shí)施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略極具必要性,并且對于創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的內(nèi)在結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了綜合分析。而后,探索了創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施路徑,實(shí)施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略—定要依靠科技創(chuàng)新帶動我國戰(zhàn)略型新興產(chǎn)業(yè)、現(xiàn)代務(wù)業(yè)、傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),明確政府與市場的職能,建立產(chǎn)學(xué)研機(jī)制。同時(shí),要完善相應(yīng)制度,打造創(chuàng)新文化。為我國創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施提供有力保障。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of New China, under the guidance of several generations of collective leadership, China's development has made remarkable achievements. In the new period of development, the original extensive development mode of our country comes into being, and the accumulated contradiction becomes more and more prominent. Therefore, the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy is fundamentally the inevitable choice in the process of social development in our country. This paper attempts to explore the implementation path of the innovation-driven development strategy in China, which has positive practical significance for the comprehensive and effective understanding of the implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy. First of all, through the analysis of the history of innovation development in China and the problems facing the development of our country in the new period, it is clear that it is very necessary for our country to implement the strategy of innovation-driven development. And the innovation-driven development strategy of the internal structure of a comprehensive analysis. Then, the paper explores the implementation path of the innovation-driven development strategy, and implements the innovation-driven development strategy, which must rely on scientific and technological innovation to drive the development of strategic emerging industries, modern service industries, traditional industries, and adjust the industrial structure in China. Make clear the function of government and market, establish the mechanism of industry, university and research. At the same time, we should perfect the corresponding system and create innovative culture. For the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy to provide a strong guarantee.
