【摘要】：蒙古國作為亞洲除哈薩克斯坦外第二大內(nèi)陸國家,其東邊、西邊和南邊都與中國相鄰,兩國共計(jì)有4700公里的邊境線。近年來,隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和中國在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治舞臺(tái)上扮演重要角色,作為中國鄰國的蒙古國也搭上中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的快車,步入經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展階段。從蒙古國國家統(tǒng)計(jì)局2016年公布的數(shù)據(jù)中可以看出,1999年至2016年的十七年里,中國已經(jīng)成為蒙古國的第一大貿(mào)易伙伴。隨著蒙古國的入世,中蒙貿(mào)易的發(fā)展必將進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng),雙邊貿(mào)易合作在WTO框架下,也必將更加規(guī)范。本文在查閱大量文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,綜合分析了中國與蒙古國兩國間的經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系發(fā)展?fàn)顩r及存在的問題,并且對(duì)中國與蒙古國今后的貿(mào)易情況分別提出了若干意見和建議,進(jìn)一步分析了如何有效發(fā)展兩國的經(jīng)貿(mào)往來的舉措。具體研究?jī)?nèi)容和章節(jié)設(shè)置如下所示:第一章是緒論,該部分內(nèi)容主要分為四個(gè)小節(jié);本文的研究背景和研究的意義;文獻(xiàn)綜述部分;本文研究思路和選用的研究方法;研究工作的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)。第二章是中蒙經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系的發(fā)展歷程。該部分內(nèi)容將中蒙之間的貿(mào)易情況劃分為三個(gè)階段進(jìn)行論述。第三章是中蒙經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系的現(xiàn)狀。從法律基礎(chǔ)、地緣文化、經(jīng)貿(mào)方式、經(jīng)貿(mào)結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)等五個(gè)層面論述當(dāng)前中國、蒙古國及中蒙兩國之間經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系的情況,介紹了中蒙經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系各自中的地位。第四章是中蒙經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系中的問題及原因。本章內(nèi)容先提出當(dāng)前中蒙兩國在經(jīng)貿(mào)方面存在的問題及原因,并從中國、蒙古國等兩個(gè)層面論述了制約中蒙經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系的因素。第五章是中蒙經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系發(fā)展的對(duì)策與建議。本章針對(duì)當(dāng)前中國和蒙古國間經(jīng)貿(mào)中存在的問題提出相應(yīng)的解決方法和建議,分別了為總體建議、對(duì)中國建議、對(duì)蒙古國建議。第六章是結(jié)論與展望。文章在結(jié)論部分對(duì)前文做了總結(jié)和概括,并分析了在當(dāng)前研究中還有待繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)和彌補(bǔ)的內(nèi)容,并為以后工作的開展提出了相應(yīng)的期望。
[Abstract]:Mongolia, Asia's second largest landlocked country after Kazakhstan, borders China to the east, west and south, with a total border of 4700 kilometers. In recent years, with the rapid development of Chinese economy and China playing an important role in the world economy, Mongolia, as a neighboring country of China, has also taken the fast train of China's economic development and stepped into the stage of rapid economic development. According to data released by Mongolia's National Bureau of Statistics in 2016, China has become Mongolia's largest trading partner in the 17 years from 1999 to 2016. With Mongolia's entry into WTO, the development of Sino-Mongolian trade will be further strengthened, and bilateral trade cooperation will be more standardized under the WTO framework. On the basis of consulting a large number of literatures, this paper comprehensively analyzes the development and problems of the economic and trade relations between China and Mongolia, and puts forward some opinions and suggestions on the trade situation between China and Mongolia in the future. Further analysis of how to effectively develop economic and trade exchanges between the two countries. The specific research contents and chapter settings are as follows: the first chapter is an introduction, which is divided into four sections; the research background and significance of this paper; literature review part; research ideas and research methods selected in this paper; The key points and difficulties of the research work. The second chapter is the development course of economic and trade relations between China and Mongolia. This part divides the trade between China and Mongolia into three stages. The third chapter is the present situation of the economic and trade relations between China and Mongolia. This paper discusses the current economic and trade relations between China, Mongolia and China and Mongolia from the five aspects of legal basis, geographical culture, economic and trade mode and characteristics of economic and trade structure, and introduces the respective status of Sino-Mongolian economic and trade relations. The fourth chapter is the problems and reasons in the economic and trade relations between China and Mongolia. This chapter first points out the existing problems and causes of the trade between China and Mongolia, and discusses the factors restricting the economic and trade relations between China and Mongolia from two aspects: China and Mongolia. The fifth chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of economic and trade relations between China and Mongolia. This chapter puts forward the corresponding solutions and suggestions in view of the problems existing in the trade between China and Mongolia, respectively as the general suggestion, the suggestion to China and the suggestion to Mongolia. The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect. In the conclusion part, the author summarizes and generalizes the previous article, and analyzes the contents that need to be further strengthened and compensated in the current research, and puts forward the corresponding expectation for the future work.
