【摘要】：健康投資不僅關(guān)系到微觀個(gè)體收入與支出,同時(shí)也影響客觀經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。健康投資可以通過(guò)降低疾病帶來(lái)的經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)和損失,提高勞動(dòng)者的勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)能力,促進(jìn)教育投資收益,實(shí)現(xiàn)和促進(jìn)健康產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展等途徑對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展產(chǎn)業(yè)影響�；谥袊�(guó)30個(gè)省2000—2015年的面板數(shù)據(jù)構(gòu)建空間計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)模型實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)健康投資對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)和經(jīng)濟(jì)收斂的影響,結(jié)果顯示:健康投資對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)存在正效應(yīng)且貢獻(xiàn)顯著,但是健康投資的城鄉(xiāng)不均衡也導(dǎo)致了城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)差異的進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大。此外,教育性人力資本、城鎮(zhèn)化、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與投資的增長(zhǎng)也是影響經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的顯著因素。
[Abstract]:Health investment not only relates to micro-individual income and expenditure, but also affects objective economic development. Health investment can affect the economic development by reducing the economic burden and loss caused by disease, improving the labor productivity of workers, promoting the income of investment in education and realizing and promoting the development of health industry. Based on panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2000 to 2015, a spatial econometric model is constructed to test the impact of health investment on economic growth and economic convergence. The results show that health investment has positive effects on economic growth and contributes significantly to economic growth. However, the imbalance of health investment in urban and rural areas has also led to the further expansion of urban and rural economic disparities. In addition, educational human capital, urbanization, industrial structure and investment growth are also significant factors affecting economic development.
