【摘要】：本文在對都市圈產(chǎn)業(yè)分工與協(xié)作理論分析的基礎上,運用專業(yè)化指數(shù)、多樣化指數(shù)以及灰色關聯(lián)度方法,對京津冀、長三角、珠三角產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)作效果進行評價。結(jié)果表明,從產(chǎn)業(yè)專業(yè)化和多樣化看,三大城市群產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)作均呈現(xiàn)出良好的發(fā)展態(tài)勢,珠三角產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)作效果最好,其次是長三角,而京津冀最差;從產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展成熟度看,三大城市群與城市群內(nèi)不同城市的產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展成熟度各有所長;從各城市群與非農(nóng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的協(xié)同關聯(lián)度看,珠三角和長三角的協(xié)同關聯(lián)度要好于京津冀,而且第三產(chǎn)業(yè)對三大城市群產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)作的作用越來越大;從產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)作的綜合效率來看,珠三角產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)作的綜合效率最高,京津冀次之,長三角最低。為了促進三大城市群的產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)作,須降低行政性交易成本,提升城市群內(nèi)部各城市間交通通達性,遵循市場規(guī)律在更大范圍內(nèi)配置資源。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the theory of industrial division and cooperation in metropolitan area, this paper evaluates the effect of industrial cooperation among Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta by using the methods of specialization index, diversification index and grey correlation degree. The results show that the industrial cooperation of the three urban agglomerations shows a good development trend from the perspective of industrial specialization and diversification. The Pearl River Delta has the best industrial cooperation effect, followed by the Yangtze River Delta, while the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is the worst. The three urban agglomerations and the different cities in the urban agglomeration have their own maturity of coordinated development, and the degree of synergistic correlation between the three urban agglomerations and non-agricultural industries is better than that between the Pearl River Delta and the Yangtze River Delta, which is better than that between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and between the Pearl River Delta and the Yangtze River Delta. Moreover, the tertiary industry plays a more and more important role in the industrial cooperation among the three urban agglomerations. From the comprehensive efficiency of industrial cooperation, the industrial cooperation efficiency of Pearl River Delta is the highest, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is the second, and the Yangtze River Delta is the lowest. In order to promote the industrial cooperation among the three urban agglomerations, it is necessary to reduce the administrative transaction cost, enhance the accessibility of the cities within the urban agglomeration, and allocate resources in a larger range according to the market rules.
