【摘要】：改革開放以來,我國針對不同時期區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展所出現(xiàn)的問題分別提出了相應(yīng)的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,這些決定我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方向的重大決策都使得我國經(jīng)濟在其每一個發(fā)展階段取得了相應(yīng)的成效,并促使我國的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展不斷邁向新的臺階。本文在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的相關(guān)理論背景之下,對我國在每一個發(fā)展時期所實施的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進行了詳細(xì)的闡述與分析,并結(jié)合新常態(tài)下我國的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀指出區(qū)域經(jīng)濟協(xié)同發(fā)展是“十三五”時期縮小我國區(qū)域發(fā)展差距、實現(xiàn)全面建成小康社會的重要保證,是今后一段時期內(nèi)我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的新趨向,之后通過對我國協(xié)同發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的研究分析,指出了我國在進行區(qū)域協(xié)同發(fā)展時所面臨的困難和問題,并對此提出了相關(guān)的政策建議,旨在更好更廣泛的進行我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的協(xié)同發(fā)展。文中前兩章主要闡述了本文的選題背景、相關(guān)研究文獻綜述以及研究思路與方法,并對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的相關(guān)概念和理論基礎(chǔ)進行了梳理,同時對涉及區(qū)域經(jīng)濟協(xié)同發(fā)展的主要理論進行了相應(yīng)的歸納總結(jié)。第三章著重描寫了建國以來尤其是改革開放之后我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的演變過程,并得出每一種發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略在其相應(yīng)的實施階段對提升我國的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展起到了非常重要的指導(dǎo)推動作用。但是這些戰(zhàn)略的實施同時也帶來了一系列不利于全國經(jīng)濟合理有效發(fā)展的問題與矛盾,這就為我國進行區(qū)域經(jīng)濟協(xié)同發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提供了依據(jù)。這一章主要運用了文獻研究法。第四章通過運用定性研究法與對比分析法,主要闡述了我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟協(xié)同發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提出的背景、相關(guān)概念和內(nèi)容,同時通過協(xié)同發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略與協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的對比研究,分析了協(xié)同發(fā)展對我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略意義。第五章就現(xiàn)階段我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的整體狀況,研究分析了我國“三個支撐帶”的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,同時也研究了其對我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟協(xié)同發(fā)展的意義。隨后,在第六章,通過前一章我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟協(xié)同發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的研究,對發(fā)展過程中所面臨的問題與障礙進行分析總結(jié),并從制度和政策兩個方面提出具體的對策建議。這兩部分主要運用了文獻研究法與邏輯推理法。文中最后一章,是對全文的總結(jié),指出了本文在研究寫作過程中的不足之處以及未來對“協(xié)同發(fā)展”這一課題的研究展望。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening to the outside world, China has put forward corresponding strategies for regional economic development in view of the problems in the development of regional economy in different periods. These important decisions which determine the direction of regional economic development of our country make our economy achieve corresponding results in each stage of its development and promote our country's economic development to a new level. Under the background of relevant theories of regional economic development, this paper elaborates and analyzes the strategy of regional economic development implemented in each period of development in China. Combined with the present situation of economic development in China under the new normal, it is pointed out that the coordinated development of regional economy is an important guarantee for narrowing the gap of regional development in the 13th Five-Year Plan period and realizing the overall construction of a well-off society. It is a new trend of regional economic development strategy in China for a period of time. Then, through the research and analysis of the situation of China's coordinated development, the paper points out the difficulties and problems that our country faces in carrying out regional coordinated development. Some relevant policy suggestions are put forward in order to carry out the coordinated development of regional economy in China better and more widely. The first two chapters mainly describe the background of this paper, the literature review of related research, the research ideas and methods, and the related concepts and theoretical basis of regional economic development. At the same time, the main theories related to the coordinated development of regional economy are summarized. The third chapter focuses on describing the evolution process of the regional economic development strategy since the founding of the people's Republic of China, especially after the reform and opening up. It is concluded that each development strategy plays a very important role in guiding and promoting the economic development of our country in its corresponding implementation stage. However, the implementation of these strategies has also brought a series of problems and contradictions that are not conducive to the rational and effective development of the national economy, which provides a basis for the coordinated development strategy of regional economy in China. This chapter mainly uses the literature research method. In the fourth chapter, by using qualitative research and comparative analysis, the background, related concepts and contents of the strategy of coordinated development of regional economy in China are mainly expounded. At the same time, the comparative study between the strategy of coordinated development and the strategy of coordinated development is carried out. This paper analyzes the strategic significance of coordinated development to the development of regional economy in China. In the fifth chapter, according to the overall situation of regional economic development in our country at present, the development status of "three supporting bands" in China is analyzed, and the significance of the development of regional economy in China is also studied. Then, in the sixth chapter, through the research of the current situation of the regional economic coordination development in our country, the problems and obstacles in the process of development are analyzed and summarized, and the concrete countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the two aspects of system and policy. These two parts mainly use the literature research method and the logical reasoning method. The last chapter is a summary of the full text, pointing out the shortcomings of this paper in the process of research and writing, as well as the future research prospects for the subject of "cooperative development".
