【摘要】：本文通過對(duì)1978年至2016年中國和美國經(jīng)濟(jì)周期的比較研究發(fā)現(xiàn),中國與美國經(jīng)濟(jì)周期不僅時(shí)間上不同步,出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)配,而且經(jīng)濟(jì)波動(dòng)的特點(diǎn)也不相同,中國是"快起緩落型",美國是"緩起快落型"。中美經(jīng)濟(jì)周期錯(cuò)配的主要原因是中美兩國政府和市場(chǎng)在經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)的作用不同所致。中國和美國經(jīng)濟(jì)周期錯(cuò)配,對(duì)中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響是有利有弊。中國政府一定要認(rèn)真把握中國與美國經(jīng)濟(jì)周期錯(cuò)配的特點(diǎn),根據(jù)中美經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí),制定相應(yīng)的反經(jīng)濟(jì)周期和促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的政策。
[Abstract]:Based on a comparative study of the economic cycles between China and the United States from 1978 to 2016, this paper finds that the economic cycles of China and the United States are not only out of sync and mismatch, but also have different characteristics of economic fluctuations. China is a "quick rise and fall" and the United States is a "quick rise and fall." The main reason for the mismatch of the economic cycle between China and the United States is the different roles of the Chinese and American governments and markets in economic activities. The mismatch of the economic cycle between China and the United States has a positive and negative impact on China's economic development. The Chinese government must seriously grasp the characteristics of the mismatch between China and the United States in the economic cycle and formulate corresponding policies against the economic cycle and promote economic development according to the reality of the economic development of China and the United States.
