【摘要】：我國(guó)全面放開(kāi)二孩政策后,實(shí)際的二元生育格局依然存在。本文通過(guò)理論闡述和實(shí)證研究發(fā)現(xiàn),城鄉(xiāng)實(shí)際二元生育政策阻礙了我國(guó)的城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程并導(dǎo)致城鄉(xiāng)收入差距擴(kuò)大。對(duì)政策影響機(jī)制進(jìn)行研究發(fā)現(xiàn),寬松的計(jì)劃生育政策導(dǎo)致更高的生育率水平。以滯后的計(jì)劃生育率作為人口出生率的工具變量,采用面板數(shù)據(jù)工具變量的方法研究發(fā)現(xiàn),人口出生率越高,城鎮(zhèn)化水平越滯后、城鄉(xiāng)收入差距越大。雖然生育政策規(guī)定的城鄉(xiāng)差異已不復(fù)存在,但城鄉(xiāng)政策執(zhí)行力度的差異仍不可忽視,這些因素仍將持續(xù)影響我國(guó)未來(lái)的城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:After our country completely opens the two-child policy, the actual dual birth pattern still exists. Through theoretical analysis and empirical research, this paper finds that the actual dual birth policy of urban and rural areas hinders the process of urbanization and leads to the widening of urban-rural income gap. A study of policy impact mechanisms found that loose family planning policies led to higher fertility levels. Taking the lagging family planning rate as the tool variable of the birth rate, the method of panel data variable is used to find that the higher the birth rate, the lower the urbanization level, and the bigger the income gap between urban and rural areas. Although the differences between urban and rural areas no longer exist, the differences in the implementation of urban and rural policies can not be ignored. These factors will continue to affect the future economic development of China's urban and rural areas.
