【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)是當(dāng)今社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平最核心的標(biāo)志。十八大報(bào)告指出產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)是轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式，提高經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展效益，實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)好快發(fā)展的核心環(huán)節(jié)。云南省位于中國西南邊疆多民族聚居地區(qū)，由于歷史和現(xiàn)實(shí)的原因，產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不盡合理的問題需要改進(jìn)。在西部大開發(fā)實(shí)施過程中，云南在面向西南開放的重要“橋頭堡”戰(zhàn)略引導(dǎo)下，研究產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)，有利于促進(jìn)云南省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化和轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)，，對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)云南省經(jīng)濟(jì)快速健康發(fā)展，具有重要研究?jī)r(jià)值。 目前國內(nèi)外研究產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)主要集中在合理化和高度化，本文擬在高度化和合理化相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)上，借鑒相關(guān)學(xué)者的研究成果，選取云南省2000-2012年的相關(guān)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)，采用基于AHP模型綜合指數(shù)方法和因子分析法，建立包括兩個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)，十六個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)組成的綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系，對(duì)云南省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)存在的問題、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的狀態(tài)進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。 研究得出當(dāng)前云南省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)速度遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)落后于全國平均水平，云南省在2000年到2012年期間，產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整，整體得到不斷優(yōu)化，其中起主導(dǎo)核心作用的是產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)合理化和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)高度化。影響產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型的影響因素主要是技術(shù)進(jìn)步類和產(chǎn)業(yè)特征類，可持續(xù)發(fā)展類因子。在實(shí)證分析的基礎(chǔ)之上，針對(duì)云南省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)中存在具體的問題，提出相關(guān)的具體建議與對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Industrial structure is the most core symbol of the level of social and economic development. The report of the 18th National Congress of CPC pointed out that the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure is the key link in transforming the mode of economic growth, improving the efficiency of economic development and realizing good and rapid economic development. Yunnan Province is located in the southwest border area of China. Due to the historical and practical reasons, the problems of unreasonable industrial development and industrial structure need to be improved. In the course of the implementation of the western development, under the guidance of the important "bridgehead" strategy of opening up to the southwest, Yunnan studies the industrial structure transformation and upgrading, which is conducive to promoting the optimization and upgrading of Yunnan's industrial structure. It has important research value to realize the rapid and healthy development of Yunnan economy. At present, the research on industrial structure transformation and upgrading at home and abroad is mainly focused on rationalization and upgrading. This paper intends to select relevant economic index data of Yunnan Province from 2000 to 2012 on the basis of relevant theories of high level and rationalization and using the research results of relevant scholars for reference. Based on the comprehensive index method of AHP model and factor analysis method, a comprehensive evaluation system consisting of two first-grade indexes and sixteen second-level indexes is established to solve the problems existing in the transformation and upgrading of Yunnan's industrial structure. Industrial structure transformation and upgrading of the state of comprehensive evaluation. The research shows that the current speed of industrial structure transformation and upgrading in Yunnan Province is far behind the national average. During the period from 2000 to 2012, the industrial structure of Yunnan Province has been adjusted and the overall industrial structure has been continuously optimized. Among them, the leading role is the rationalization of industrial structure and the upgrading of industrial structure. The influencing factors of industrial structure transformation are technological progress and industrial characteristics, and sustainable development. Based on the empirical analysis, this paper puts forward some specific suggestions and countermeasures in view of the specific problems existing in the transformation and upgrading of Yunnan's industrial structure.
