【摘要】：產業(yè)結構是當今社會經濟發(fā)展水平最核心的標志。十八大報告指出產業(yè)結構轉型升級是轉變經濟增長方式，提高經濟發(fā)展效益，實現(xiàn)經濟好快發(fā)展的核心環(huán)節(jié)。云南省位于中國西南邊疆多民族聚居地區(qū)，由于歷史和現(xiàn)實的原因，產業(yè)發(fā)展和產業(yè)結構不盡合理的問題需要改進。在西部大開發(fā)實施過程中，云南在面向西南開放的重要“橋頭堡”戰(zhàn)略引導下，研究產業(yè)結構轉型升級，有利于促進云南省產業(yè)結構優(yōu)化和轉型升級，，對實現(xiàn)云南省經濟快速健康發(fā)展，具有重要研究價值。 目前國內外研究產業(yè)結構轉型升級主要集中在合理化和高度化，本文擬在高度化和合理化相關理論基礎上，借鑒相關學者的研究成果，選取云南省2000-2012年的相關經濟指標數(shù)據(jù)，采用基于AHP模型綜合指數(shù)方法和因子分析法，建立包括兩個一級指標，十六個二級指標組成的綜合評價體系，對云南省產業(yè)結構轉型升級存在的問題、產業(yè)結構轉型升級的狀態(tài)進行綜合評價。 研究得出當前云南省產業(yè)結構轉型升級速度遠遠落后于全國平均水平，云南省在2000年到2012年期間，產業(yè)結構調整，整體得到不斷優(yōu)化，其中起主導核心作用的是產業(yè)結構合理化和產業(yè)結構高度化。影響產業(yè)結構轉型的影響因素主要是技術進步類和產業(yè)特征類，可持續(xù)發(fā)展類因子。在實證分析的基礎之上，針對云南省產業(yè)結構轉型升級中存在具體的問題，提出相關的具體建議與對策。
[Abstract]:Industrial structure is the most core symbol of the level of social and economic development. The report of the 18th National Congress of CPC pointed out that the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure is the key link in transforming the mode of economic growth, improving the efficiency of economic development and realizing good and rapid economic development. Yunnan Province is located in the southwest border area of China. Due to the historical and practical reasons, the problems of unreasonable industrial development and industrial structure need to be improved. In the course of the implementation of the western development, under the guidance of the important "bridgehead" strategy of opening up to the southwest, Yunnan studies the industrial structure transformation and upgrading, which is conducive to promoting the optimization and upgrading of Yunnan's industrial structure. It has important research value to realize the rapid and healthy development of Yunnan economy. At present, the research on industrial structure transformation and upgrading at home and abroad is mainly focused on rationalization and upgrading. This paper intends to select relevant economic index data of Yunnan Province from 2000 to 2012 on the basis of relevant theories of high level and rationalization and using the research results of relevant scholars for reference. Based on the comprehensive index method of AHP model and factor analysis method, a comprehensive evaluation system consisting of two first-grade indexes and sixteen second-level indexes is established to solve the problems existing in the transformation and upgrading of Yunnan's industrial structure. Industrial structure transformation and upgrading of the state of comprehensive evaluation. The research shows that the current speed of industrial structure transformation and upgrading in Yunnan Province is far behind the national average. During the period from 2000 to 2012, the industrial structure of Yunnan Province has been adjusted and the overall industrial structure has been continuously optimized. Among them, the leading role is the rationalization of industrial structure and the upgrading of industrial structure. The influencing factors of industrial structure transformation are technological progress and industrial characteristics, and sustainable development. Based on the empirical analysis, this paper puts forward some specific suggestions and countermeasures in view of the specific problems existing in the transformation and upgrading of Yunnan's industrial structure.
