【摘要】：共同富裕作為中國特色社會主義理論的重要內(nèi)容之一,以及社會主義本質(zhì)要求和目的。在毛澤東、鄧小平、江澤民、胡錦濤、習(xí)近平為核心代表的黨中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,以馬克思主義共同富裕理論為指導(dǎo),一步一步的推進著中國特色社會主義共同富裕理論和實踐的發(fā)展,開創(chuàng)了人類共同富裕理想實現(xiàn)和發(fā)展的美好前景。由于歷史的原因,加之我國幅員遼闊的自然資源稟賦差異較大,中國社會主義建設(shè)才60年等因素,我國社會主義還處于初級階段,城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展、區(qū)域發(fā)展、不同行業(yè)和企業(yè)的收入差距等問題依然突出。所以,一方面是要對處于初級階段中國特色社會主義共同富裕有一個正確認識;另一方面,是要在黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,堅定“四個自信”,通過宏觀政策指導(dǎo),在具體實踐中來解決這些問題,進一步把中國特色社會主義共同富裕推向前進,并向更高階段發(fā)展。十八大以來,以習(xí)近平為核心的黨中央,從高處著眼未來,以統(tǒng)攬全局的戰(zhàn)略思想,協(xié)調(diào)推進“四個全面”發(fā)展布局,通過“精準扶貧”、“五大發(fā)展”新理念等系列路線方針政策措施,統(tǒng)籌解決中國特色社會主義共同富裕發(fā)展中的問題。共同富裕和統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展,都只有在中國共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,堅持馬克思主義理論,堅定社會主義基本制度和中國特色社會主義道路,才能變成現(xiàn)實。今天,共同富裕不再只是夢想,而將在中國特色社會主義建設(shè)道路上走向現(xiàn)實。這是各族人民在黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,堅定“四個自信”,齊心協(xié)力、共同奮斗的結(jié)果;堅定黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和“四個自信”共同富裕必定實現(xiàn)!
[Abstract]:Common prosperity is one of the important contents of socialist theory with Chinese characteristics, as well as the essential requirement and purpose of socialism. Under the leadership of the CPC Central Committee represented by Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin, Hu Jintao and Xi Jinping, and guided by the Marxist theory of common prosperity, The theory and practice of socialist common prosperity with Chinese characteristics are being developed step by step, and the bright prospect of realizing and developing the ideal of common prosperity of mankind has been created. Due to historical reasons, coupled with the fact that China's vast natural resource endowment is quite different, and China's socialist construction is only 60 years old, China's socialism is still at an initial stage, with the development of urban and rural areas and regional development. The income gap between different industries and enterprises is still outstanding. Therefore, on the one hand, it is necessary to have a correct understanding of the common prosperity of socialism with Chinese characteristics at the primary stage; on the other hand, under the leadership of the Party, it is necessary to firmly strengthen the "four self-confidence" and guide it through macro policies. To solve these problems in concrete practice, further push forward the common prosperity of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and develop to a higher stage. Since the 18th National Congress, the CPC Central Committee, with the Xi Jinping as its core, has set its eyes on the future from a high level, and has coordinated and promoted the "four comprehensive" development arrangements through "precision poverty alleviation" by taking the overall strategic thinking of the overall situation into account. A series of line, principles, policies and measures, such as the new concept of "five Great Development", are adopted to solve the problems in the common prosperity and development of socialism with Chinese characteristics as a whole. Only under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, adhering to Marxist theory, strengthening the socialist basic system and the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics, can common prosperity and overall development become a reality. Today, common prosperity is no longer just a dream, but will move towards reality on the road of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. This is the result of the people of all ethnic groups, under the leadership of the Party, firmly strengthening the "four self-confidence", making concerted efforts and working together to achieve common prosperity and steadfastness of the Party's leadership and "four self-confidence"!
