【摘要】：新世紀(jì)以來,世界經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢發(fā)生了新的變化,中國與拉美國家經(jīng)貿(mào)合作產(chǎn)生了新的現(xiàn)象。中國在改革開放以后,經(jīng)歷了近40年的發(fā)展,現(xiàn)已成為全球最重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)體之一,在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)中的地位和影響力不斷提升。拉美國家迅速發(fā)展,而“南錐體”是拉美國家最發(fā)達(dá)的地區(qū),它擁有巨大的潛力和豐富的資源。隨著中國海外利益的不斷擴(kuò)展以及需求的不斷增長,南錐體地區(qū)在中國對(duì)外貿(mào)易中占重要的地位。目前中國與南錐體國家經(jīng)貿(mào)合作不斷提升,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展互補(bǔ)性較強(qiáng),雙方在貿(mào)易和投資領(lǐng)域的合作發(fā)展迅速,合作領(lǐng)域不斷擴(kuò)展。雙方貿(mào)易和投資規(guī)模不斷增長,中國與南錐體各國貿(mào)易的情況不盡相同,南錐體國家的投資吸引力較大,已成為中國“走出去”投資戰(zhàn)略的重要場所和目的地。根據(jù)貿(mào)易指數(shù)以及投資環(huán)境評(píng)估結(jié)果顯示雙方存在著貿(mào)易和投資結(jié)構(gòu)不平衡,投資合作不如貿(mào)易合作,貿(mào)易摩擦問題時(shí)有出現(xiàn),美國對(duì)中國與南錐體國家合作的干擾,語言、文化差別大、雙方理解缺失等問題,這些問題是中國與南錐體國家經(jīng)貿(mào)合作發(fā)展的主要制約因素。為了推動(dòng)中國與南錐體經(jīng)國家貿(mào)合作在宏觀與微觀層面上應(yīng)該發(fā)揮貿(mào)易、投資以及金融三大引擎功效,優(yōu)化中國與南錐體國家貿(mào)易中進(jìn)出口商品結(jié)構(gòu),做好中企在南錐體過家投資的前期準(zhǔn)備,在南錐體國家的中企應(yīng)致力于與當(dāng)?shù)厣鐣?huì)構(gòu)建和諧關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Since the new century, new changes have taken place in the world economic situation and new phenomena have emerged in economic and trade cooperation between China and Latin American countries. After nearly 40 years of reform and opening up, China has become one of the most important economies in the world. Latin American countries are developing rapidly, and the Southern Cone is the most developed region in Latin America, which has great potential and abundant resources. With the expansion of China's overseas interests and the increasing demand, the Southern Cone region plays an important role in China's foreign trade. At present, economic and trade cooperation between China and the Southern Cone countries continues to improve, economic development is highly complementary, and cooperation between the two sides in the field of trade and investment has developed rapidly and the fields of cooperation have continued to expand. The scale of trade and investment between China and South Cone is increasing, and the situation of trade between China and Mercosur countries is different. The investment attraction of Southern Cone countries has become an important place and destination for China's "going out" investment strategy. According to the trade index and the results of the investment environment assessment, the trade and investment structure between the two sides is unbalanced, investment cooperation is not as good as trade cooperation, trade frictions occur, and the United States interferes with the cooperation between China and the Southern Cone countries. Cultural differences and lack of understanding between the two sides are the main constraints for the development of economic and trade cooperation between China and the Southern Cone countries. In order to promote trade cooperation between China and the Southern Cone on the macro and micro levels, it is necessary to give full play to the efficiency of the three major engines of trade, investment and finance, and optimize the structure of imports and exports of commodities in trade between China and the Southern Cone countries. The Chinese enterprises in the Southern Cone should devote themselves to building a harmonious relationship with the local society.
