【摘要】：隨著區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,產(chǎn)業(yè)集成創(chuàng)新成為整合區(qū)域知識(shí)資源、增強(qiáng)區(qū)域核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的一種有效方式,受到學(xué)術(shù)界的高度關(guān)注。產(chǎn)業(yè)集成創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)依靠其內(nèi)部聯(lián)系,能夠有效的傳遞和擴(kuò)散知識(shí)資源,加速知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移速率,提高區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)集成創(chuàng)新能力。但是隨著區(qū)域人力資源、智力資本、技術(shù)資源、創(chuàng)新文化等知識(shí)資源的不足和缺失,致使現(xiàn)有的區(qū)域知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)體系與產(chǎn)業(yè)集成創(chuàng)新發(fā)展不相適應(yīng),從而致使區(qū)域知識(shí)資源不能有效的承載產(chǎn)業(yè)集成創(chuàng)新。以區(qū)域知識(shí)承載力為視角,識(shí)別產(chǎn)業(yè)集成創(chuàng)新的區(qū)域知識(shí)承載體系結(jié)構(gòu),培育與產(chǎn)業(yè)集成創(chuàng)新相適應(yīng)的區(qū)域知識(shí)承載力是解決這一問題的有效途徑。 本文首先對(duì)區(qū)域知識(shí)承載力和產(chǎn)業(yè)集成的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)梳理,歸納界定區(qū)域知識(shí)承載力和產(chǎn)業(yè)集成創(chuàng)新的內(nèi)涵。其次,以文獻(xiàn)研究為基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建區(qū)域知識(shí)承載力系統(tǒng)和產(chǎn)業(yè)集成創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)模型,分析區(qū)域知識(shí)承載力與產(chǎn)業(yè)集成創(chuàng)新之間的相互作用關(guān)系,找出基于區(qū)域知識(shí)承載力的產(chǎn)業(yè)集成創(chuàng)新的影響因素,進(jìn)而運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)的方法構(gòu)建基于區(qū)域知識(shí)承載力的產(chǎn)業(yè)集成創(chuàng)新支持體系的因果關(guān)系模型,并在此基礎(chǔ)構(gòu)建產(chǎn)業(yè)集成創(chuàng)新的區(qū)域知識(shí)承載體系結(jié)構(gòu)。最后,分析國(guó)內(nèi)典型產(chǎn)業(yè)集成創(chuàng)新案例,找出典型案例所對(duì)應(yīng)的區(qū)域知識(shí)承載體系結(jié)構(gòu)的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),并給出相對(duì)應(yīng)的培育措施。 本文以區(qū)域知識(shí)承載力為視角,旨在通過分析其與產(chǎn)業(yè)集成創(chuàng)新之間的相互作用關(guān)系,構(gòu)建產(chǎn)業(yè)集成創(chuàng)新所對(duì)應(yīng)的區(qū)域知識(shí)承載體系結(jié)構(gòu),并培育與產(chǎn)業(yè)集成創(chuàng)新相適應(yīng)的區(qū)域知識(shí)承載力。這對(duì)于提升我國(guó)區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)集成創(chuàng)新能力,推動(dòng)區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,幫助政府建立政策支撐體系和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警機(jī)制有著重要的理論價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of regional economy, industrial integration innovation has become an effective way to integrate regional knowledge resources and enhance regional core competitiveness. The industrial integrated innovation system can effectively transfer and spread knowledge resources, accelerate the rate of knowledge transfer, and improve the ability of regional industrial integration innovation. However, with the shortage and deficiency of regional human resources, intellectual capital, technological resources, innovation culture and other knowledge resources, the existing regional knowledge structure system does not adapt to the development of industrial integration innovation. As a result, regional knowledge resources can not effectively carry the industrial integration innovation. From the perspective of regional knowledge carrying capacity, it is an effective way to solve this problem by identifying the regional knowledge carrying system structure of industrial integration innovation and cultivating the regional knowledge carrying capacity suitable for industrial integration innovation. In this paper, firstly, the relevant research on regional knowledge carrying capacity and industrial integration is reviewed, and the connotation of regional knowledge carrying capacity and industrial integration innovation is summarized and defined. Secondly, on the basis of literature research, the structural models of regional knowledge carrying capacity system and industry integrated innovation system are constructed, and the interaction between regional knowledge carrying capacity and industry integrated innovation is analyzed. Find out the influencing factors of industrial integration innovation based on regional knowledge carrying capacity, and then construct the causality model of industry integration innovation support system based on regional knowledge carrying capacity using system dynamics method. On this basis, the paper constructs the regional knowledge carrying system structure of industrial integration and innovation. Finally, this paper analyzes the domestic typical industrial integration innovation cases, finds out the weak links of the regional knowledge carrying system structure corresponding to the typical cases, and gives the corresponding cultivation measures. From the perspective of regional knowledge carrying capacity, this paper aims to construct the corresponding regional knowledge carrying system structure by analyzing the interaction between regional knowledge carrying capacity and industrial integration innovation. And cultivate the regional knowledge carrying capacity suitable for industrial integration innovation. It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to improve the ability of regional industrial integration and innovation, to promote the development of regional industrial economy and to help the government to establish a policy support system and a risk early warning mechanism.
