【摘要】：我國(guó)進(jìn)入改革開放新時(shí)期以來,人民群眾的富裕程度和生活水平日益提高。一方面是因?yàn)槲覈?guó)社會(huì)生產(chǎn)力獲得了巨大的解放和發(fā)展,經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展取得了極大的進(jìn)步。另一方面得益于與中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義基本經(jīng)濟(jì)制度相適應(yīng)的分配制度。此分配制度是以按勞分配為主體和多種分配方式并存為核心,以堅(jiān)持生產(chǎn)要素按貢獻(xiàn)度分配,確保市場(chǎng)各主體平等參與分配,注重效率與公平優(yōu)化結(jié)合為原則,以實(shí)現(xiàn)共同富裕和人的自由全面發(fā)展為目標(biāo),是社會(huì)主義分配思想在新時(shí)期的發(fā)展和演變,是分配制度在社會(huì)主義發(fā)展過程中的全新創(chuàng)造。進(jìn)一步探討在社會(huì)主義發(fā)展中我國(guó)分配制度的基本內(nèi)涵及自身價(jià)值,對(duì)于進(jìn)一步完善和鞏固中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義分配制度,不僅有著非常重要的理論意義,同時(shí)也具有十分重要的實(shí)踐意義。 本文以“中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義分配制度的內(nèi)涵與價(jià)值研究”為主體,從三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)論述。第一部分,從三個(gè)方面詳細(xì)闡釋了中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義分配制度的基本內(nèi)涵,進(jìn)而對(duì)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義分配制度有了一個(gè)系統(tǒng)的認(rèn)識(shí)；第二部分探究了中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義分配制度的歷史價(jià)值,系統(tǒng)論述了社會(huì)主義分配思想在當(dāng)代的新發(fā)展和新創(chuàng)造,為適應(yīng)新形勢(shì)的發(fā)展奠定了重要的基礎(chǔ)；第三部分主要提出了當(dāng)前中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義分配制度存在的問題以及出現(xiàn)的原因,并理出了相應(yīng)的完善對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Since China entered the new period of reform and opening up, the people's affluence and living standard are improving day by day. On the one hand, because our social productive forces have been greatly liberated and developed, economic and social development has made great progress. On the other hand, it benefits from the distribution system adapted to the basic economic system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. This distribution system takes distribution according to work as the main body and multiple distribution modes as the core, insists on the distribution of production factors according to the contribution degree, ensures the equal participation of all subjects in the market, and pays attention to the combination of efficiency and fairness. The goal of realizing common prosperity and free and all-round development of human beings is the development and evolution of socialist distribution thought in the new period and the new creation of distribution system in the process of socialist development. It is not only of great theoretical significance to further explore the basic connotation and its own value of the distribution system with Chinese characteristics in the development of socialism, but also to further improve and consolidate the distribution system with Chinese characteristics. At the same time, it is also of great practical significance. This paper systematically discusses the connotation and value of socialist distribution system with Chinese characteristics from three aspects. The first part explains the basic connotation of the distribution system of socialism with Chinese characteristics from three aspects, and then has a systematic understanding of the distribution system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The second part explores the historical value of the socialist distribution system with Chinese characteristics, and systematically discusses the new development and creation of the socialist distribution thought in the contemporary era, which lays an important foundation for adapting to the development of the new situation. The third part mainly puts forward the existing problems and causes of the distribution system with Chinese characteristics, and puts forward the corresponding perfect countermeasures.
