【摘要】：2016年,民間投資增速大幅度下降,其根本原因在于實體經(jīng)濟投資回報率太低。實踐證明,國有投資固然有積極意義,但實體經(jīng)濟的活力來自于民間投資,如果民間投資低迷,整個經(jīng)濟就難以全面繁榮,甚至還會引發(fā)大范圍"脫實向虛"的經(jīng)濟空心化傾向,導(dǎo)致經(jīng)濟下行。必須推進供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革,破解實體經(jīng)濟運行成本過高的難題,推動民營企業(yè)創(chuàng)新和轉(zhuǎn)型升級,提高實體經(jīng)濟投資回報率,以穩(wěn)定和促進民間投資,全面激發(fā)實體經(jīng)濟活力。
[Abstract]:Private investment growth slowed sharply in 2016, the root cause of which is the low return on real-economy investment. Practice has proved that state investment is certainly of positive significance, but the vitality of the real economy comes from private investment. If private investment is depressed, the entire economy will not be able to fully prosper. It will even lead to a wide range of "real to empty" trend of economic hollowing, leading to the economic downturn. It is necessary to promote supply-side structural reform, solve the problem of excessive operating cost of the real economy, promote innovation and upgrading of private enterprises, improve the rate of return on investment in the real economy, stabilize and promote private investment, and stimulate the vitality of the real economy in an all-round way.
