【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化進(jìn)程的不斷深化，，國際資本流動規(guī)模日益增長，外商直接投資已經(jīng)成為我國經(jīng)濟(jì)不可或缺的一部分。山西省作為一個資源大省，憑借其豐富的煤炭資源和相關(guān)政策的傾斜，外商投資規(guī)模呈逐年遞增趨勢。外商直接投資的強勢進(jìn)入有力地增強了山西的經(jīng)濟(jì)實力，也為山西經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展奠定了堅實基礎(chǔ)，但產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)薄弱、生產(chǎn)技術(shù)落后、經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)單一，這些都使外資無法得到充分利用，甚至還對山西產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整帶來一定的負(fù)面沖擊，嚴(yán)重制約了山西三次產(chǎn)業(yè)間結(jié)構(gòu)的合理優(yōu)化。因此，如何不斷調(diào)整外資流入方向，總結(jié)引資經(jīng)驗，提升外資質(zhì)量，最大限度地挖掘外資的正面效應(yīng)，避免對我省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的負(fù)面沖擊，成為我們迫在眉睫的重要問題。 為此，本文在較詳盡闡述山西產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)及山西利用FDI的基本概況的基礎(chǔ)上，深入、全面的剖析出FDI與山西產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整之間的影響關(guān)系，即FDI的不合理加大了山西產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的偏差，通過計量模型量化出FDI對山西產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整產(chǎn)生的偏差值，并對制約山西利用外商直接投資的主要因素進(jìn)行了較深入分析，認(rèn)為，山西要利用外商直接投資調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，必須在優(yōu)化外商直接投資產(chǎn)業(yè)分布，改善外商投資環(huán)境的同時，加快市場化進(jìn)程，充分發(fā)揮外商直接投資對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整作用。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of economic globalization and the increasing scale of international capital flow, foreign direct investment (FDI) has become an indispensable part of our economy. Shanxi Province as a large province of resources, with its rich coal resources and related policies tilt, the scale of foreign investment is increasing year by year. The strong entry of foreign direct investment has strengthened Shanxi's economic strength and laid a solid foundation for the development of Shanxi's economy, but the industrial foundation is weak, the production technology is backward, and the economic structure is single. All these make the foreign capital unable to be fully utilized, and even bring some negative impact to the adjustment of Shanxi's industrial structure, which seriously restricts the rational optimization of Shanxi's three industries' structure. Therefore, how to constantly adjust the direction of foreign capital inflow, summarize the experience of foreign investment, improve the quality of foreign capital, maximize the positive effects of foreign capital, avoid the negative impact on the adjustment of industrial structure in our province, become an urgent and important problem. Therefore, based on the detailed description of Shanxi's industrial structure and the basic situation of Shanxi's utilization of FDI, this paper makes a thorough and comprehensive analysis of the influence relationship between FDI and Shanxi's industrial structure adjustment. That is, the unreasonable FDI increases the deviation of Shanxi's industrial structure, quantifies the deviation value of FDI to the adjustment of Shanxi's industrial structure through the econometric model, and deeply analyzes the main factors restricting Shanxi's utilization of foreign direct investment. In order to adjust the industrial structure by using foreign direct investment, Shanxi must optimize the industrial distribution of foreign direct investment, improve the environment of foreign investment, speed up the process of marketization, and give full play to the role of foreign direct investment in the adjustment of industrial structure.
