【摘要】：近年來,中國在國際競爭中扮演著越來越重要的角色,特別是“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略的提出和亞投行的成立都標志著中國在對外直接投資領(lǐng)域又有了更進一步發(fā)展。同時,世界經(jīng)濟一體化也讓中國面臨著更為劇烈競爭,可持續(xù)競爭力成為中國參與全球競爭的必備條件。由于受到政策影響、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、地理位置和科技教育等因素影響,中國各省份對外直接投資程度不一致。結(jié)合各省份自身情況,為其找到適合的國際化發(fā)展方式與對外投資模式,成為了我國政府和各省份需要面對的重要問題。許多研究表明,企業(yè)在對外投資過程中其影響因素主要包含國際政策、經(jīng)濟金融、資源尋求、市場開拓、技術(shù)學習等方面。本文對上述主要因素進行進一步結(jié)合,使用我國各省級2002年至2015年期間對外投資和經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),對影響我國各省級對外投資因素開展研究。本文結(jié)合對外投資和經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易方面重要理論和近期學術(shù)成果開展文獻研究,歸納提出“中國各省份對外直接投資影響因素的實證研究”的模型。論文內(nèi)容包括五部分:第一部引言,主要闡述了中國各省份對外直接投資影響因素的實證研究的背景與意義,本文研究內(nèi)容的介紹并從定量和定性兩個方面對研究方法進行解釋,并對介紹了本文在樣本數(shù)據(jù)選取和通過解釋變量因素對比確定模型的創(chuàng)新性。第二部分為文獻綜述,主要包括對外直接投資基礎(chǔ)理論,基于母國和東道國的對外直接投資動因的主要研究近況和成果。第三部分為實證研究,主要包括研究假設(shè)、變量選取、模型估計、數(shù)據(jù)來源、平穩(wěn)性檢驗、回歸結(jié)果研究分析、研究模型的檢驗、實證結(jié)果研究與分析。第四部分主要內(nèi)容為研究建議。第五部分主要為基于本文對中國各省份對外投資影響因素研究和相關(guān)建議提出了未來研究的展望和方向。作者希望通過本論文相關(guān)研究和建議,可以對中國各省份和有關(guān)企業(yè)開展對外投資提供可參考的借鑒。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China has played a more and more important role in the international competition, especially the "Belt and Road" strategy and the establishment of the AIIB both marked the further development of China in the field of foreign direct investment. At the same time, the integration of the world economy also makes China face more fierce competition, sustainable competitiveness becomes the necessary condition for China to participate in the global competition. Due to the influence of policy, economic development, geographical location and science and technology education, the degree of foreign direct investment of Chinese provinces is not consistent. According to the situation of each province, it has become an important problem for our government and every province to find a suitable mode of international development and foreign investment. Many studies show that the influencing factors of enterprises in the process of outward investment mainly include international policy, economy and finance, resource seeking, market development, technology learning and so on. In this paper, the main factors mentioned above are further combined to study the factors affecting the foreign investment at the provincial level in China from 2002 to 2015, using the relevant data of foreign investment and economic and trade between 2002 and 2015. Based on the important theories of foreign investment and economic trade and the recent academic achievements, this paper summarizes and puts forward the model of "empirical study on the influencing factors of Foreign Direct Investment in China's provinces". The thesis includes five parts: the first part introduces the background and significance of the empirical research on the influencing factors of foreign direct investment (FDI) in various provinces of China. This paper introduces the research contents and explains the research methods from the quantitative and qualitative aspects, and introduces the innovation of the model in the selection of sample data and the determination of the model through the analysis of variable factors. The second part is the literature review, including the basic theory of FDI, the main research status and achievements based on the home country and host country. The third part is empirical research, including hypothesis, variable selection, model estimation, data source, stationary test, regression analysis, model testing, empirical results research and analysis. The fourth part is the research suggestion. In the fifth part, based on the research of the influencing factors of the foreign investment in the provinces of China, the author puts forward the prospect and direction of the future research. The author hopes that through the relevant research and suggestions in this paper, it can be used as a reference for all provinces and enterprises in China to carry out overseas investment.
