【摘要】：自工業(yè)革命以來，過度消耗化石燃料導致世界范圍內的溫室氣體排放量與日俱增，由此引發(fā)的全球氣候變暖、海平面上升、自然災害頻發(fā)等問題，嚴重威脅了人類生命和財產安全。因此，，如何降低溫室氣體排放量和構建低碳經濟發(fā)展模式已經成為全球的焦點和熱點。我國是世界主要碳排放國之一，作為有責任感的大國，我國領導人在聯(lián)合國氣候變化峰會上明確表示要大力發(fā)展低碳經濟。為了構建高效、協(xié)調、可持續(xù)的美好家園，江西省根據不同區(qū)域的資源環(huán)境承載能力和發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ确矫嬉蛩�，確定不同區(qū)域的主體功能，推進形成主體功能區(qū)。在這一背景下，我省必然要選擇新的發(fā)展模式以達到主體功能區(qū)建設的目標。 本文從主體功能區(qū)的角度出發(fā)，以低碳經濟發(fā)展模式為研究對象，在闡述了相關概念和理論的基礎上，構建低碳經濟發(fā)展成熟度模型，然后運用層次分析法確定低碳發(fā)展成熟度各評價指標的權重評估江西省低碳經濟發(fā)展水平，最后根據各主體功能區(qū)低碳經濟發(fā)展條件的不同提出相應的低碳經濟發(fā)展模式以及實現(xiàn)途徑。 論文共分為六章，引言部分主要包括選題背景、研究意義、研究內容、研究方法、研究技術路線圖和創(chuàng)新點，以及國內外研究綜述；第二章回顧了低碳經濟的相關概念和理論，為下文低碳發(fā)展成熟度模型的構建和低碳經濟發(fā)展模式的提出奠定理論基礎；第三、四、五章是本文的主體部分，在對上文相關理論進行回顧的基礎上，構建低碳經濟發(fā)展成熟度模型^w對江西省低碳經濟發(fā)展水平進行實證分析，進而基于主體功能區(qū)的建設提出江西省低碳經濟發(fā)展模式以及實現(xiàn)途徑；第六章為結論與展望部分，本章總結了本文研究的結論，并提出了此次研究的不足之處和未來的研究方向。
[Abstract]:Since the industrial revolution, excessive consumption of fossil fuels has led to increasing greenhouse gas emissions worldwide, resulting in global warming, rising sea levels, frequent natural disasters, and so on. It is a serious threat to the safety of human life and property. Therefore, how to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and build a low-carbon economic development model has become a global focus and focus. China is one of the major carbon emitters in the world. As a responsible big country, our leaders made it clear at the United Nations Climate change Summit that we should vigorously develop low-carbon economy. In order to build a beautiful home with high efficiency, coordination and sustainability, Jiangxi Province determines the main function of different regions according to the carrying capacity of resources and environment and the development potential of different regions, and promotes the formation of main function areas. Under this background, our province must choose the new development mode to achieve the goal of the construction of the main function area. In this paper, the development maturity model of low carbon economy is constructed on the basis of expatiating the related concepts and theories from the perspective of the main function area and taking the low-carbon economy development model as the research object. Then the weight of each evaluation index of low carbon development maturity is determined by AHP to evaluate the development level of low carbon economy in Jiangxi Province. Finally, according to the different development conditions of low-carbon economy in each main function area, this paper puts forward the corresponding development mode and realization way of low-carbon economy. The paper is divided into six chapters, the introduction mainly includes the background of the topic, research significance, research content, research methods, research technology roadmap and innovation points, as well as a review of domestic and foreign research. Chapter two reviews the related concepts and theories of low-carbon economy. For the following low-carbon development maturity model and low-carbon economic development model to lay a theoretical foundation; third, four, five chapters are the main part of this paper, on the basis of reviewing the relevant theories above, The development maturity model of low carbon economy is constructed to analyze the development level of low carbon economy in Jiangxi Province, and then based on the construction of the main function area, the development model and the way to realize the low carbon economy in Jiangxi Province are put forward. Chapter 6 is the conclusion and prospect. This chapter summarizes the conclusions of this study, and puts forward the shortcomings of this study and the future research direction.
