【摘要】：對“兩型社會”背景下技術(shù)實踐的生態(tài)化轉(zhuǎn)向的研究，，首先堅持邏輯分析的方法，從傳統(tǒng)“兩型社會”建設(shè)與技術(shù)功利主義活動的矛盾入手，通過對當前我國所出現(xiàn)的環(huán)境危機、生態(tài)危機、資源危機、人類生存危機的實例探討，闡述傳統(tǒng)技術(shù)功利主義活動的弊端，并分析當前“兩型社會”建設(shè)與技術(shù)功利主義活動存在的目標價值的追求、技術(shù)手段的運用、效益實現(xiàn)的范疇等內(nèi)容的矛盾，即技術(shù)功利主義活動對“兩型社會”建設(shè)的阻礙作用，從而引出技術(shù)實踐的生態(tài)化轉(zhuǎn)向的概念，確定技術(shù)生態(tài)化存在的意義，論述了技術(shù)生態(tài)化的涵義以及特征，繼而就技術(shù)實踐的生態(tài)化轉(zhuǎn)向在“兩型社會”建設(shè)中的重要作用進行闡述。就“兩型社會”建設(shè)的要求來看，技術(shù)實踐的生態(tài)化轉(zhuǎn)向能夠為“兩型社會”建設(shè)提供包含技術(shù)服務(wù)、社會秩序、文化理念等在內(nèi)的多層次保障。 本文的主要研究內(nèi)容包括四個方面，首先是“兩型社會”建設(shè)及其對人類技術(shù)實踐的要求，即“兩型社會”建設(shè)應(yīng)以生態(tài)文明為目標、強調(diào)技術(shù)實踐的以人為本、強調(diào)技術(shù)實踐的綜合發(fā)展、強調(diào)技術(shù)實踐的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。上述這些要求決定了技術(shù)實踐轉(zhuǎn)向的方向；其次是對“兩型社會”建設(shè)背景下技術(shù)功利主義的反思，技術(shù)功利主義在目標、技術(shù)手段以及效益實現(xiàn)三個方面與“兩型社會”建設(shè)有著不可調(diào)和的矛盾與沖突，這是決定在“兩型社會”背景下進行技術(shù)功利主義向技術(shù)實踐的生態(tài)化轉(zhuǎn)向的現(xiàn)實要求；再次，對“兩型社會”建設(shè)背景下，積極實現(xiàn)技術(shù)實踐的生態(tài)化轉(zhuǎn)向的重要意義進行了分析，技術(shù)實踐的生態(tài)化轉(zhuǎn)向能夠為“兩型社會”建設(shè)提供技術(shù)服務(wù)保障、能夠為“兩型社會”建設(shè)提供社會秩序保障，以及能夠為“兩型社會”建設(shè)提供文化理念保障。這些重要功能決定了在“兩型社會”建設(shè)中技術(shù)實踐生態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)向的必然性。最后，從“兩型社會”建設(shè)下實現(xiàn)技術(shù)實踐生態(tài)化轉(zhuǎn)向的制約與途徑兩個方面進行分析，指出了價值導向機制、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、政策支撐等缺乏是不可忽視的重要制約因素，在促進技術(shù)實踐的生態(tài)化觀過程中，需要弘揚技術(shù)實踐的生態(tài)理性，構(gòu)建技術(shù)生態(tài)化導向機制、需要樹立正確的技術(shù)實踐的生態(tài)觀，構(gòu)建技術(shù)生態(tài)化創(chuàng)新體系，需要構(gòu)建政府管理的長效機制，提供技術(shù)實踐的生態(tài)化轉(zhuǎn)向的政策保障，只有如此，才能更好地發(fā)揮技術(shù)實踐生態(tài)化轉(zhuǎn)向在“兩型社會”建設(shè)中的重要功用。
[Abstract]:To study the ecological turn of technological practice under the background of "two-oriented society", we first adhere to the method of logical analysis, starting with the contradiction between the construction of traditional "two-type society" and the activity of technological utilitarianism. By discussing the environmental crisis, ecological crisis, resource crisis and human survival crisis in China, the disadvantages of traditional technological utilitarianism are expounded. It also analyzes the contradiction between the construction of "two-oriented society" and the pursuit of goal value, the application of technical means, the category of benefit realization and so on, which exist in the activities of technological utilitarianism. That is, the action of technological utilitarianism hinders the construction of "two-oriented society", which leads to the concept of ecological turn of technological practice, determines the significance of the existence of technological ecologicalization, and discusses the meaning and characteristics of technological ecologicalization. Then the paper expounds the important role of ecological transformation of technology practice in the construction of "two-oriented society". In view of the requirements of the construction of "two-oriented society", the ecological turn of technological practice can provide multi-level guarantee including technical service, social order and cultural concept for the construction of "two-type society". The main research contents of this paper include four aspects: firstly, the construction of "two-oriented society" and its requirements for human technological practice, that is, the construction of "two-oriented society" should aim at ecological civilization, and emphasize the people-oriented of technological practice. Emphasis is placed on the comprehensive development of technological practice and on the coordinated development of technological practice. These requirements determine the direction of technological practice, followed by a reflection on technological utilitarianism in the context of the construction of a "two-oriented society", where technological utilitarianism is the goal. There are irreconcilable contradictions and conflicts between the technological means and the realization of the benefits and the construction of the "two-oriented society", which is the realistic requirement to decide the ecological turn from the technological utilitarianism to the technological practice under the background of the "two-type society". Thirdly, under the background of "two-oriented society" construction, the important significance of realizing the ecological turn of technological practice is analyzed. The ecological turn of technological practice can provide technical service guarantee for the construction of "two-oriented society". It can provide social order guarantee for the construction of "two-oriented society" and cultural concept guarantee for the construction of "two-type society". These important functions determine the inevitability of ecological turning of technology practice in the construction of "two-type society". Finally, this paper analyzes the restriction and the way to realize the ecological turn of technology practice under the construction of "two-oriented society", and points out that the lack of value-oriented mechanism, technological innovation and policy support are important constraints that can not be ignored. In the process of promoting the ecological view of technological practice, it is necessary to carry forward the ecological rationality of technological practice, construct the guiding mechanism of technological ecologicalization, set up a correct ecological view of technological practice, and construct an innovative system of technological ecologicalization. It is necessary to construct the long-term mechanism of government management and provide the policy guarantee for the ecological turn of technological practice. Only in this way, can the important function of ecological transformation of technological practice in the construction of "two-oriented society" be better brought into play.
