【摘要】：環(huán)境創(chuàng)新是推動(dòng)環(huán)保事業(yè)發(fā)展和解決環(huán)境問(wèn)題的一個(gè)重要方式。我們首次提出環(huán)境創(chuàng)新競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的概念、內(nèi)涵和主要內(nèi)容,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了一套由創(chuàng)新基礎(chǔ)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、制度創(chuàng)新競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力四個(gè)模塊構(gòu)成的、包含26個(gè)基礎(chǔ)指標(biāo)的環(huán)境創(chuàng)新競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。以G20國(guó)家為例,運(yùn)用主成分分析法對(duì)各國(guó)環(huán)境創(chuàng)新競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)和比較分析,提出促進(jìn)環(huán)境創(chuàng)新競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提升的政策路徑,以期為提升世界各國(guó)環(huán)境創(chuàng)新競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提供參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Environmental innovation is an important way to promote the development of environmental protection and solve environmental problems. We first put forward the concept, connotation and main contents of the competitiveness of environmental innovation. On this basis, we constructed a set of four modules, which are the basic competitiveness of innovation, the competitiveness of technological innovation, the competitiveness of industrial innovation and the competitiveness of institutional innovation. Including 26 basic indicators of environmental innovation competitiveness evaluation index system. Taking the G20 countries as an example, this paper uses principal component analysis to evaluate and compare the competitiveness of environmental innovation in various countries, and puts forward the policy path to promote the competitiveness of environmental innovation. In order to improve the competitiveness of environmental innovation around the world to provide reference and reference.
