【摘要】：本文在異質(zhì)性企業(yè)一般均衡理論框架中引入產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的不確定性降低和"必要沉沒成本"消化兩大效應(yīng),利用數(shù)理模型進(jìn)行理論分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚對(duì)生產(chǎn)率影響的方向和大小與其資產(chǎn)專用性水平密切相關(guān),即資產(chǎn)專用性水平較低的企業(yè)更容易得到產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的生產(chǎn)率促進(jìn)作用。同時(shí),本文也利用基于微觀企業(yè)層面的實(shí)證分析對(duì)理論分析所得的假設(shè)進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。本文的結(jié)論是產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚對(duì)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)率具有提升作用但受企業(yè)自身資產(chǎn)專用性的抑制。因此,在產(chǎn)業(yè)政策上,政府在除適度提升產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚水平外,更應(yīng)通過在集聚區(qū)域內(nèi)建立穩(wěn)定的資產(chǎn)流動(dòng)共享機(jī)制并以制度化手段規(guī)范市場(chǎng)、降低進(jìn)入退出壁壘來促使產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚生產(chǎn)率提升效應(yīng)更好地發(fā)揮。
[Abstract]:In this paper, in the framework of the general equilibrium theory of heterogeneous enterprises, we introduce the two effects of reducing the uncertainty of industrial agglomeration and digesting "necessary sunk cost", and use mathematical model to carry out theoretical analysis. It is found that the direction and magnitude of the impact of industrial agglomeration on productivity is closely related to the level of asset specificity, that is, enterprises with lower asset specificity are more likely to get the productivity promotion of industrial agglomeration. At the same time, this paper also uses the empirical analysis based on micro enterprise level to verify the hypothesis of theoretical analysis. The conclusion of this paper is that industrial agglomeration can enhance the productivity of enterprises but is restrained by the specificity of enterprises' own assets. Therefore, in terms of industrial policy, in addition to improving the level of industrial agglomeration moderately, the government should establish a stable mechanism of asset flow and share in the agglomeration area and standardize the market by institutionalized means. Lower entry and exit barriers to promote industrial agglomeration productivity enhancement effect to play a better role.
