【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的發(fā)展,中國(guó)政府為了使我國(guó)緊跟經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的浪潮,在20世紀(jì)90年代提出了“走出去”戰(zhàn)略,鼓勵(lì)中國(guó)企業(yè)走出國(guó)門。近幾年,中國(guó)的對(duì)外投資快速增長(zhǎng),投資對(duì)象遍布全球,其中對(duì)亞洲各國(guó)的投資最為集中。然而,對(duì)于作為亞洲發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家代表的日本來(lái)說(shuō),中國(guó)對(duì)其的直接投資卻呈現(xiàn)出總體發(fā)展緩慢,投資存量小,流量增長(zhǎng)迅速但波幅大的特點(diǎn)。這篇文章以產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇為出發(fā)點(diǎn),對(duì)中國(guó)對(duì)日本的直接投資展開(kāi)研究,多種研究方法結(jié)合使用,旨在通過(guò)研究探討選擇出中國(guó)對(duì)日本投資時(shí)前景較大的產(chǎn)業(yè),這不僅有助于豐富逆向直接投資的理論,而且對(duì)擴(kuò)大中國(guó)對(duì)日投資規(guī)模、優(yōu)化中國(guó)對(duì)日投資結(jié)構(gòu)、推動(dòng)我國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)有重要意義。本文首先借鑒了主流對(duì)外直接投資理論,探討了中國(guó)對(duì)日本直接投資的理論依據(jù);接著分別從中國(guó)對(duì)日本直接投資產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇的規(guī)模、中國(guó)對(duì)日本直接投資產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇的產(chǎn)業(yè)分布和中國(guó)對(duì)日本直接投資產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇的區(qū)位分布這三個(gè)方面詳細(xì)介紹了中國(guó)對(duì)日本直接投資產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題;然后從中日兩國(guó)的投資環(huán)境入手分析了中國(guó)對(duì)日直接投資產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇的背景;繼而,歸納了中國(guó)對(duì)日本直接投資在產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇上的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及在這些標(biāo)準(zhǔn)下對(duì)日本進(jìn)行投資應(yīng)選擇的優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè);實(shí)證部分選取2003年到2015年的時(shí)間序列數(shù)據(jù),利用Eviews計(jì)量軟件,對(duì)中國(guó)對(duì)日本直接投資與我國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究,通過(guò)研究結(jié)果我們了解到中國(guó)對(duì)日本直接投資和中國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)之間是存在著相關(guān)關(guān)系的,也就是說(shuō),中國(guó)對(duì)日本直接投資的產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇在一定程度上會(huì)推動(dòng)中國(guó)的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí),盡管目前這種推動(dòng)效果還不太明顯;最后,結(jié)合中國(guó)對(duì)日本直接投資產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇的建議,從政府的角度給出了中國(guó)對(duì)日本投資應(yīng)怎樣構(gòu)建合理的產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇對(duì)策,為以后中國(guó)對(duì)日本投資的產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇問(wèn)題提供了意見(jiàn)參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization and regional economic integration, the Chinese government, in order to keep up with the tide of economic development, put forward the "going out" strategy in the 1990s to encourage Chinese enterprises to go abroad. In recent years, China's foreign investment has grown rapidly, with investments in the world, with the most concentrated investment in Asia. However, as a representative of Asian developed countries, China's direct investment in Japan has the characteristics of slow overall development, small investment stock, rapid growth of traffic but large volatility. This article takes industry selection as the starting point, studies Chinese direct investment in Japan, and uses a variety of research methods. The purpose of this article is to explore and select industries with great prospects when China invests in Japan. This is not only helpful to enrich the theory of reverse direct investment, but also to expand the scale of China's investment in Japan, optimize the structure of Chinese investment in Japan, and promote the upgrading of China's domestic industrial structure. This paper first discusses the theoretical basis of China's direct investment in Japan from the mainstream foreign direct investment theory, and then, from the scale of China's choice of Japan's direct investment industry, The industrial distribution of China's choice of Japan's direct investment industry and the location distribution of China's choice of Japan's direct investment industry are introduced in detail, and the present situation and existing problems of China's choice of Japan's direct investment industry are introduced in detail. Then, from the investment environment of China and Japan, the paper analyzes the background of China's choice of direct investment industry to Japan. This paper summarizes the industry selection standards of China's direct investment in Japan and the superior industries that should be selected for investment in Japan under these standards. The empirical part selects the time series data from 2003 to 2015, and uses the Eviews econometric software. This paper makes an empirical study on the relationship between China's direct investment in Japan and the upgrading of China's domestic industrial structure. Through the results of the study, we understand that there is a correlation between China's direct investment in Japan and the upgrading of China's domestic industrial structure, that is, The industrial choice of China's direct investment in Japan will, to a certain extent, promote the upgrading of China's industrial structure, although the effect of this kind of promotion is not obvious at present. Finally, combining with China's suggestion on the choice of China's direct investment industry in Japan, From the point of view of the government, this paper puts forward how to construct the reasonable industrial choice countermeasures for China's investment in Japan, and provides some suggestions for the industrial choice of China's investment in Japan in the future.
