【摘要】：基于扎根理論研究產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)集群化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與存在問題。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),園區(qū)集群化發(fā)展需要園區(qū)企業(yè)有效利用其顯性契約、強化關(guān)系契約,提升聯(lián)合規(guī)劃、聯(lián)合解決問題的能力;提升河西走廊產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)集群化發(fā)展水平要運用組織生態(tài)學(xué)中的內(nèi)外因視角發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,使外因為內(nèi)因變化提供更好的環(huán)境;依照產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)集群化發(fā)展模型,增強企業(yè)根植性、創(chuàng)新性和開放性,強化園區(qū)企業(yè)契約關(guān)系,推動集群向創(chuàng)新集群發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Based on the rooted theory, this paper studies the current situation and existing problems of industrial park cluster. It is found that the cluster development of the park requires the enterprises of the park to make effective use of their explicit contracts, strengthen the relationship contracts, enhance the ability of joint planning and joint problem-solving. In order to improve the development level of industrial park cluster in Hexi Corridor, we should use the perspective of internal and external causes in organizational ecology to find problems, so as to provide a better environment for external cause change. Innovation and openness, strengthen the park enterprise contract relationship, promote the cluster to innovation cluster development.
