【摘要】："一帶一路"國家戰(zhàn)略為寧波企業(yè)實施"走出去"戰(zhàn)略以及中華文化傳播提供了前所未有的機遇。由于長期以來我們對"一帶一路"沿線國家關(guān)注與研究不夠,導(dǎo)致寧波"一帶一路"外語人才培養(yǎng)與現(xiàn)實需求產(chǎn)生矛盾。對此,提出"政學(xué)商"三方聯(lián)動機制,確定政府、高校、企業(yè)在實施"一帶一路"外語人才培養(yǎng)戰(zhàn)略中的各自職能,同時探討聯(lián)動機制的實施策略。
[Abstract]:The "Belt and Road" national strategy provides an unprecedented opportunity for Ningbo enterprises to carry out the "going out" strategy and the spread of Chinese culture. For a long time, we have not paid enough attention to and studied the countries along the "Belt and Road", which leads to the contradiction between the training of foreign language talents of Ningbo "Belt and Road" and the actual demand. In view of this, this paper puts forward a tripartite linkage mechanism of "politics, learning and business" to determine the respective functions of the government, universities and enterprises in the implementation of the "Belt and Road" foreign language talent training strategy, and probes into the implementation strategies of the linkage mechanism at the same time.
