【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化正在改變著國際分工的格局，使各國政府和企業(yè)越來越重視在國際市場配置生產(chǎn)資源，對外直接投資已成為各國企業(yè)獲得全球資源，擴(kuò)大國際市場的重要途徑。對外直接投資是我國企業(yè)“走出去”戰(zhàn)略的重要組成部分，隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展，我國企業(yè)加快在國外直接投資步伐，并不斷擴(kuò)大對外投資的規(guī)模。德國憑借其先進(jìn)的科技、高素質(zhì)人才、完善的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、巨大的消費(fèi)市場等良好的投資環(huán)境，，正吸引著越來越多的中國投資者，成為中國企業(yè)對外直接投資的首選地之一。 論文從德國投資環(huán)境入手，分析德國投資環(huán)境特點(diǎn)，同時(shí)結(jié)合具體事例闡述中國企業(yè)利用德國良好投資環(huán)境開展經(jīng)營取得的成功。之后，在整體分析中國企業(yè)對德直接投資現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上，總結(jié)其在德直接投資呈現(xiàn)出的特點(diǎn)，同時(shí)指出中國企業(yè)對德直接投資存在的問題。最后論文通過典型實(shí)例分析，并結(jié)合前面的研究結(jié)論，就中國企業(yè)對德投資提出對策建議。
[Abstract]:Economic globalization is changing the pattern of international division of labor, making governments and enterprises pay more and more attention to the allocation of production resources in the international market. Foreign direct investment has become an important way for enterprises to obtain global resources and expand the international market. Foreign direct investment (FDI) is an important part of Chinese enterprises'"going out" strategy. With the rapid development of Chinese economy, Chinese enterprises quicken the pace of foreign direct investment and expand the scale of foreign investment. With its advanced science and technology, high quality talents, perfect infrastructure, huge consumer market and other good investment environment, Germany is attracting more and more Chinese investors and becoming one of the first choice places for Chinese enterprises to invest abroad. This paper analyzes the characteristics of German investment environment from the point of view of German investment environment, and expounds the success of Chinese enterprises using the good investment environment in Germany. Then, on the basis of analyzing the present situation of Chinese enterprises' direct investment in Germany as a whole, this paper summarizes the characteristics of Chinese enterprises' direct investment in Germany, and points out the problems existing in Chinese enterprises' direct investment in Germany. Finally, through the analysis of typical examples and combined with the previous research conclusions, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for Chinese enterprises to invest in Germany.
