【摘要】：外商直接投資除了給浙江省的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展注入活力之外,也影響著浙江省的能源消耗情況。一方面,隨著外商直接投資的進入,新技術(shù)、新設(shè)備的使用會降低浙江省的能耗；另一方面,為了滿足產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的目的,投資國將一些高能耗、高污染的企業(yè)隨著外商直接投資轉(zhuǎn)移到浙江,加大了浙江省的能耗負擔(dān)。浙江省作為一個經(jīng)濟大省,同時也是一個能源小省,研究外商直接投資對浙江省能源消耗的影響對浙江省合理引進外資,降低單位GDP能耗有一定的指導(dǎo)作用。本文詳細介紹了浙江省外商直接投資和能源消耗的基本狀況。同時,將外商直接投資對能源消耗的作用機制分為規(guī)模效應(yīng)、結(jié)構(gòu)效應(yīng)和技術(shù)效應(yīng),用回歸分析的方法來研究三個效應(yīng)對與浙江省能源消耗的關(guān)系。回歸得出的結(jié)果是規(guī)模效應(yīng)與能源消耗呈正相關(guān),結(jié)構(gòu)效應(yīng)和技術(shù)效應(yīng)呈負相關(guān)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,為浙江省吸引外商直接投資和合理使用能源提供政策建議。
[Abstract]:Foreign direct investment not only injects vitality into the economic development of Zhejiang Province, but also affects the energy consumption of Zhejiang Province. On the one hand, with the entry of foreign direct investment, the use of new technologies and new equipment will reduce the energy consumption in Zhejiang Province; on the other hand, in order to meet the purpose of industrial transfer, the investing countries will have some high energy consumption. High-pollution enterprises have increased the energy consumption burden of Zhejiang with the transfer of foreign direct investment to Zhejiang. As a big economic province, Zhejiang Province is also a small energy province. To study the influence of foreign direct investment on energy consumption in Zhejiang Province has a certain guiding effect on the rational introduction of foreign capital and the reduction of energy consumption per unit GDP in Zhejiang Province. This paper introduces the basic situation of foreign direct investment and energy consumption in Zhejiang province. At the same time, the mechanism of FDI on energy consumption is divided into scale effect, structure effect and technical effect. The relationship between the three effects and energy consumption in Zhejiang Province is studied by regression analysis. The result of regression is that the scale effect is positively correlated with the energy consumption, and the structure effect is negatively correlated with the technical effect. On this basis, it provides policy advice for Zhejiang Province to attract foreign direct investment and rational use of energy.
