【摘要】：在"一帶一路"倡議的推進下,中國企業(yè)正抓住難得的發(fā)展機遇,以跨國投資的方式加速"走出去"的步伐,本文在總結(jié)企業(yè)跨國投資新特點的基礎(chǔ)上,從戰(zhàn)略認同差異與政治變動風(fēng)險、投資環(huán)境差異與貨幣金融風(fēng)險、投資結(jié)構(gòu)失衡與內(nèi)部經(jīng)營風(fēng)險三個方面分析中國企業(yè)在"一帶一路"沿線范圍內(nèi)跨國投資的主要風(fēng)險,并進一步從外源性風(fēng)險防范、貨幣金融風(fēng)險防范及企業(yè)內(nèi)生性風(fēng)險治理方面提出跨國投資的風(fēng)險防范機制。
[Abstract]:Under the promotion of "Belt and Road" initiative, Chinese enterprises are seizing the rare development opportunity and speeding up the "going out" step by way of transnational investment. This paper summarizes the new characteristics of transnational investment of enterprises. This paper analyzes the main risks of transnational investment of Chinese enterprises in the "Belt and Road" from three aspects: the difference of strategic identity and the risk of political change, the difference of investment environment and the risk of currency and finance, the imbalance of investment structure and the risk of internal operation. Furthermore, the paper puts forward the risk prevention mechanism of transnational investment from the aspects of exogenous risk prevention, monetary and financial risk prevention and enterprise endogenous risk management.
