【摘要】："一帶一路"倡議提出三年來,相關(guān)工作取得積極進展,頂層設(shè)計逐步完善,支撐措施和保障體系陸續(xù)建立,國際認同度不斷提高,重大項目成果初現(xiàn)。但全球化退潮、國際經(jīng)貿(mào)環(huán)境不佳、大國競爭與博弈加劇、民粹主義政治思潮泛濫和非傳統(tǒng)安全威脅上升等,仍對"一帶一路"建設(shè)構(gòu)成挑戰(zhàn)。中國宜把握節(jié)奏、加強風險評估,以"一帶一路"為抓手引領(lǐng)新一輪全球化。
[Abstract]:Since the "Belt and Road" initiative was put forward three years ago, the related work has made positive progress, the top-level design has been gradually improved, the supporting measures and guarantee system have been established one after another, the degree of international recognition has been continuously improved, and the achievements of major projects have appeared. However, the ebb tide of globalization, the poor international economic and trade environment, the aggravation of competition and game between big countries, the flood of populist political thoughts and the rise of non-traditional security threats still pose a challenge to the construction of "Belt and Road". China should grasp the rhythm, strengthen risk assessment and lead a new round of globalization with Belt and Road.
