【摘要】：正長期以來,作為拉動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的"三駕馬車"之一,固定資產(chǎn)投資(以下簡稱投資)一直作為主要?jiǎng)恿?在廣西經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展進(jìn)程中起著十分重要的支撐與拉動(dòng)作用。投資的結(jié)構(gòu),決定著產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的形成與調(diào)整優(yōu)化;投資的規(guī)模與水平,左右著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的規(guī)模與進(jìn)程;投資的效率,影響著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的質(zhì)量與效益。2012年以來,中共中央在十八大確定了全面建成小康社會(huì)的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)后,又陸續(xù)就精準(zhǔn)扶貧、供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革進(jìn)行了全面部署。根據(jù)中央的要求,廣
