【摘要】：在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群已逐步成為發(fā)展區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì),提升區(qū)域綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的主要形式之一。但是,隨著產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的形成與發(fā)展,集群內(nèi)資源過度使用、廢棄物過度排放等現(xiàn)象制約著產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的持續(xù)發(fā)展。如何在保證區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)發(fā)展的同時(shí)兼顧區(qū)域的生態(tài)環(huán)境成為急需解決的主要問題。生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,并成為解決經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與環(huán)境保護(hù)矛盾關(guān)系的有效方式之一。企業(yè)是構(gòu)成生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的主體元素,企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)與生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展息息相關(guān)。從企業(yè)的角度來看,企業(yè)只有通過源源不斷的創(chuàng)新才能在激烈的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中脫穎而出。然而在這個(gè)專業(yè)分工不斷加深、產(chǎn)品更新周期不斷縮短的時(shí)代背景下,企業(yè)很難掌握其創(chuàng)新所需的全部要素。從外部獲取創(chuàng)新資源已成為企業(yè)解決創(chuàng)新要素缺失問題的有效途徑。相關(guān)學(xué)者稱這種創(chuàng)新模式為開放式創(chuàng)新。開放式創(chuàng)新逐漸成為生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群企業(yè)的主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新模式。相關(guān)研究指出,開放式創(chuàng)新的本質(zhì)是知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移。知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的時(shí)代背景也決定了企業(yè)只有通過有效的知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移才能保持并提升其核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,以在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地。因此,對(duì)生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移對(duì)開放式創(chuàng)新影響的研究對(duì)于有效促進(jìn)生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的開放式創(chuàng)新、提升區(qū)域核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力具有重要的理論意義。 本文首先對(duì)生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群、知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移及開放式創(chuàng)新的相關(guān)成果進(jìn)行了梳理,對(duì)生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移及開放式創(chuàng)新的研究趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了歸納和總結(jié),在文獻(xiàn)梳理過程中,提出了本文的研究問題。 其次,本文在文獻(xiàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群與傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移的異同進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,對(duì)生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移的影響因素進(jìn)行了總結(jié),構(gòu)建了生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移的過程模型,分析了生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群開放式創(chuàng)新的構(gòu)成要素,總結(jié)了生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群開放式創(chuàng)新的影響因素,為后續(xù)的研究奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。 再次,本文建立了生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移對(duì)開放式創(chuàng)新影響的系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型。從知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移效果、知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移效率和知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)的變化三個(gè)角度入手,分析了知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移對(duì)生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群開放式創(chuàng)新的影響,建立了影響因素與開放式創(chuàng)新反饋結(jié)構(gòu)的因果關(guān)系模型。針對(duì)因果關(guān)系模型,運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)基模分析法,分析系統(tǒng)的反饋結(jié)構(gòu),提出了本研究的理論假設(shè)。 最后,本文運(yùn)用問卷調(diào)查法對(duì)上文提出的理論假設(shè)進(jìn)行逐一驗(yàn)證。根據(jù)上文的理論假設(shè),參考了相關(guān)研究成果,形成了本文的調(diào)查問卷。經(jīng)過問卷的初步發(fā)放與修改,確定了最終的調(diào)查問卷。經(jīng)過問卷調(diào)查與數(shù)據(jù)回歸分析,結(jié)果顯示：發(fā)送方的轉(zhuǎn)移動(dòng)機(jī)、接收方的接收動(dòng)機(jī)、接收方的吸收能力、知識(shí)存量對(duì)開放式創(chuàng)新廣度具有正向的影響；知識(shí)的內(nèi)隱性、知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)的變化對(duì)開放式創(chuàng)新廣度具有負(fù)向的影響；發(fā)送方的轉(zhuǎn)移動(dòng)機(jī)、發(fā)送方的釋放能力、接收方的接收動(dòng)機(jī)、接收方的吸收能力、信任度、知識(shí)存量對(duì)開放式創(chuàng)新的深度具有正向的影響；知識(shí)的內(nèi)隱性、知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)的變化對(duì)開放式創(chuàng)新深度具有負(fù)向的影響。發(fā)送方的釋放能力、信任度、技術(shù)支撐對(duì)開放式創(chuàng)新廣度的影響及技術(shù)支撐對(duì)開放式創(chuàng)新深度的影響未得到支持,需要進(jìn)一步的探究。 此外,根據(jù)實(shí)證分析結(jié)果,本文提出了4點(diǎn)生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群促進(jìn)開放式創(chuàng)新的知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移管理對(duì)策,分別為：(1)建立生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移激勵(lì)機(jī)制。(2)建立生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群知識(shí)共享平臺(tái)。(3)建立生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移信任體系。(4)穩(wěn)定生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群企業(yè)間的組織結(jié)構(gòu)。以期能夠?yàn)閰^(qū)域管理提供理論參考。
[Abstract]:In the fierce market competition , the industrial cluster has gradually become one of the main forms of developing regional economy and promoting regional comprehensive competitiveness . However , with the formation and development of industrial clusters , the excessive use of resources and excessive discharge of waste in the cluster restrict the sustainable development of industrial clusters .

Firstly , this paper summarizes the relevant achievements of eco - industrial cluster , knowledge transfer and open innovation , summarizes and summarizes the research trend of knowledge transfer and open innovation of eco - industry cluster , and puts forward the research problems in this paper .

Secondly , based on the research of literature , this paper makes a comparative analysis on the similarities and differences between the cluster of eco - industrial clusters and the knowledge transfer of traditional industrial clusters , summarizes the influencing factors of the knowledge transfer of eco - industrial clusters , analyzes the components of the open innovation of eco - industrial clusters , summarizes the influencing factors of the open innovation of eco - industrial clusters , and lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent research .

Thirdly , the paper establishes the system dynamics model of knowledge transfer of eco - industry cluster on open innovation . From three angles of knowledge transfer effect , knowledge transfer efficiency and knowledge transfer network structure , this paper analyzes the influence of knowledge transfer on the open innovation of eco - industry cluster , and establishes a causal relationship model of influencing factors and open innovation feedback structure .

In the end , this paper makes a case - by - case study on the theoretical assumptions proposed above . According to the above theoretical assumptions , the questionnaire of this paper is formed . Through the preliminary issuance and modification of the questionnaire , the final questionnaire is established . After the questionnaire and the data regression analysis , the results show that the sender ' s transfer motivation , the receiving motivation of the receiver , the absorptive capacity of the receiving party , and the stock of knowledge have positive influence on the open innovation breadth .
Knowledge is implicit , and the change of knowledge transfer network structure has negative influence on open innovation breadth ;
the transmitting party ' s transfer motivation , the release capability of the sender , the receiving motivation of the receiving party , the absorptive capacity , the trust degree and the knowledge stock of the receiving party have positive influence on the depth of the open innovation ;
The implicit knowledge and the change of knowledge transfer network structure have negative influence on open innovation depth . The release ability , trust degree and technical support of sender have no support for open innovation depth , and the influence of technical support on open innovation depth is not supported .

In addition , according to the results of the empirical analysis , this paper puts forward the countermeasures of knowledge transfer management for the four - point eco - industrial clusters to promote the open innovation . ( 1 ) Establish the knowledge transfer incentive mechanism of the eco - industry cluster . ( 2 ) Establish the knowledge sharing platform of the ecological industry cluster . ( 3 ) Establish the knowledge transfer trust system of the ecological industry cluster .
