【摘要】：隨著新科技革命和產(chǎn)業(yè)變革的孕育興起,助推科技與金融結(jié)合,引導科技金融資源向科技創(chuàng)新領域優(yōu)化配置,利于科技研發(fā)、成果轉(zhuǎn)化和戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的培育發(fā)展,是深化供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革和體制機制革新的本質(zhì)要求,是深入實施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、大力發(fā)展創(chuàng)新型經(jīng)濟的必然前提。江蘇省是我國科技金融結(jié)合示范省,把推進科技與金融緊密結(jié)合作為實施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動戰(zhàn)略的重要保障。近年來,江蘇以創(chuàng)新型省份建設試點為契機,深度推進科技創(chuàng)新工程,連續(xù)八年區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力位居全國榜首。本文以江蘇為例,開展科技金融與科技創(chuàng)新耦合研究,以促進創(chuàng)新型經(jīng)濟穩(wěn)健發(fā)展,具有重要的學術(shù)價值與應用前景。本文研究堅持定性與定量相結(jié)合,實證檢驗強化理論分析。關(guān)于理論研究,本文在相關(guān)文獻綜述的基礎上開展科技金融、科技創(chuàng)新以及耦合關(guān)系的理論分析。關(guān)于現(xiàn)狀分析,本文開展國內(nèi)外經(jīng)驗借鑒,并結(jié)合圖表直觀分析江蘇科技金融與科技創(chuàng)新耦合發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實基礎。關(guān)于實證研究,主要包括江蘇科技金融與科技創(chuàng)新發(fā)展狀況評價指標體系的構(gòu)建、耦合關(guān)系分析(耦合度、耦合協(xié)調(diào)度以及耦合協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展類型)、耦合機理研究(協(xié)整檢驗、格蘭杰因果關(guān)系檢驗)等三部分。基于主成分分析法和現(xiàn)實發(fā)展狀況,本文將科技金融劃分為市場科技金融與公共科技金融兩個一級指標;將科技創(chuàng)新劃分為科技創(chuàng)新投入與科技創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出兩個一級指標�；隈詈夏Ｐ鸵约榜詈蠀f(xié)調(diào)度模型,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)目前江蘇"科技金融—科技創(chuàng)新"系統(tǒng)為科技金融主導型優(yōu)質(zhì)耦合,兩子系統(tǒng)呈現(xiàn)高層次相互協(xié)調(diào)的良好發(fā)展態(tài)勢�；谝陨像詈详P(guān)系實證結(jié)果和前文相關(guān)理論分析,進一步開展耦合機理的實證研究,分析"科技金融—科技創(chuàng)新"耦合系統(tǒng)內(nèi),兩個子系統(tǒng)要素間相互作用、互相影響程度和因果關(guān)系,并對比我國和江蘇省的實證結(jié)果、深度剖析原因,明確江蘇開展科技金融工作的優(yōu)勢和不足。最后,提出本文的研究結(jié)論、管理啟示與研究展望。
[Abstract]:With the birth and rise of the new scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation, the combination of science and technology and finance has been promoted, and the optimum allocation of scientific and technological financial resources to the field of scientific and technological innovation has been guided, which is conducive to the development of scientific and technological research and development, the transformation of achievements and the cultivation and development of strategic It is the essential requirement of deepening supply-side structural reform and institutional mechanism innovation, and is the inevitable premise of carrying out innovation-driven development strategy and vigorously developing innovative economy. Jiangsu Province is a demonstration province of the combination of science and technology and finance in China. It is an important guarantee to promote the close combination of science and technology and finance as an important guarantee for the implementation of innovation-driven strategy. In recent years, Jiangsu takes the construction of innovative provinces as an opportunity to propel the scientific and technological innovation project in depth, and the regional innovation capability ranks first in the country for eight consecutive years. This paper takes Jiangsu as an example to carry out the research on the coupling of science and technology finance and science and technology innovation in order to promote the steady development of innovative economy, which has important academic value and application prospect. In this paper, we insist on the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, and strengthen the theoretical analysis by empirical test. On the basis of related literature review, this paper carries out theoretical analysis of science and technology finance, science and technology innovation and coupling relationship. On the present situation analysis, this article carries out the domestic and foreign experience to draw lessons from, and unifies the chart intuitionistic analysis Jiangsu science and technology finance and the science and technology innovation coupling development realistic foundation. The empirical research mainly includes the construction of the evaluation index system of Jiangsu science and technology finance and the development of science and technology innovation, the analysis of coupling relation (coupling degree, coupling coordination degree and the type of coupling and coordination development), the study of coupling mechanism (cointegration test). Granger causality test) and three parts. Based on principal component analysis (PCA) and actual development, this paper divides sci-tech finance into market sci-tech finance and public sci-tech finance, and sci-tech innovation into sci-tech innovation input and sci-tech innovation output. Based on the coupling model and the coupling coordination degree model, it is found that the current "sci-tech finance-sci-tech innovation" system in Jiangsu Province is the leading high-quality coupling of sci-tech finance, and the two subsystems present a good development trend of high-level coordination with each other. Based on the empirical results of the above coupling relationship and the previous relevant theoretical analysis, this paper further develops the empirical research on the coupling mechanism, and analyzes the interaction between the two subsystem elements in the coupling system of "Science, Technology Finance and Science and Technology Innovation". By comparing the empirical results of China and Jiangsu Province, this paper makes a deep analysis of the reasons for the mutual influence and causality, and clarifies the advantages and disadvantages of scientific and financial work in Jiangsu Province. Finally, the paper puts forward the research conclusions, management inspiration and research prospects.
