【摘要】：當(dāng)前，隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的蓬勃發(fā)展，中國企業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資日益增多，2013年中國對(duì)外直接投資流量已達(dá)901.7億美元，同比增長(zhǎng)16.8%，已躍升為世界第三大對(duì)外投資國，投資領(lǐng)域不斷擴(kuò)大，投資規(guī)模持續(xù)增加，投資國別更趨多元化。隨著我國“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略和“走出去”戰(zhàn)略升級(jí)版的推進(jìn)落實(shí)，勢(shì)必推動(dòng)更多我國企業(yè)開展對(duì)外投資合作，掀起我國企業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資的新高潮。 農(nóng)業(yè)“走出去”是我國對(duì)外投資合作發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的重要組成部分之一，中東歐國家則是近年來我國開展對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)戰(zhàn)略合作的重點(diǎn)地區(qū)之一，本文選擇對(duì)中國與中東歐國家開展農(nóng)業(yè)投資合作的具體行業(yè)和國別選擇等問題進(jìn)行分析研究，對(duì)填補(bǔ)這一領(lǐng)域國內(nèi)理論研究的不足以及促進(jìn)我國農(nóng)業(yè)領(lǐng)域的對(duì)外合作與發(fā)展具有重要的意義。 本文首先基于對(duì)主要跨國投資理論以及中國和中東歐國家經(jīng)濟(jì)、農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和資源稟賦的定性分析，，論證了我國企業(yè)在中東歐國家開展農(nóng)業(yè)投資合作的可行性；其次通過定量分析，對(duì)中東歐地區(qū)具有代表性的農(nóng)業(yè)大國的農(nóng)業(yè)具體行業(yè)的比較優(yōu)勢(shì)進(jìn)行了對(duì)比研究，論證了在中東歐國家開展農(nóng)業(yè)投資合作的具體行業(yè)選擇問題，建議我企業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮在中東歐國家投資谷物種植業(yè)、油料作物種植業(yè)以及畜牧養(yǎng)殖業(yè)等；然后利用引力模型分析了中東歐各國的投資潛力，通過對(duì)比研究，明確了在中東歐地區(qū)開展農(nóng)業(yè)投資合作的投資東道國選擇問題，建議我企業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮在波蘭、羅馬尼亞和塞爾維亞等國家開展農(nóng)業(yè)投資合作；最后結(jié)合理論分析與筆者的工作積累，從政府層面和企業(yè)層面對(duì)促進(jìn)中國-中東歐國家農(nóng)業(yè)投資合作提出了建議。 通過本文的分析，希望為我企業(yè)赴中東歐國家開展農(nóng)業(yè)領(lǐng)域投資合作提供具有現(xiàn)實(shí)可操作性的參考，幫助我企業(yè)在投資過程中規(guī)避潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，找準(zhǔn)投資機(jī)遇，實(shí)現(xiàn)互利共贏，最終服務(wù)于中國與中東歐國家開展全面戰(zhàn)略合作的大局。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China ' s economy , China ' s direct investment in foreign direct investment has increased , with a year - on - year increase of 16.8 % , with a year - on - year increase of 16.8 % .

Agriculture " going out " is one of the important parts of our country ' s foreign investment cooperation development strategy , and Central and Eastern Europe countries are one of the key areas of our country ' s foreign economic strategic cooperation in recent years . This paper chooses to study the concrete industry and country selection of agricultural investment cooperation between China and Central and Eastern Europe , and has important significance to fill the shortage of domestic theoretical research in this field and promote the foreign cooperation and development in the field of agriculture in China .

Firstly , based on the analysis of the main transnational investment theory and the current situation of China and Central and Eastern European countries , the present situation of agricultural development and the qualitative analysis of resources endowment , this paper demonstrates the feasibility of Chinese enterprises ' cooperation in agricultural investment in Central and Eastern European countries ;
Secondly , through the quantitative analysis , the comparative advantages of the agricultural specific industries in the middle and eastern Europe region are compared , and the specific industry selection problem of agricultural investment cooperation in Central and Eastern European countries is demonstrated , and it is suggested that the enterprises should give priority to the investment grain planting industry , oil crop planting industry and livestock breeding industry in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe ;
Then , using gravity model to analyze the investment potential of China and Eastern Europe countries , through comparative study , the choice of investment host countries for agricultural investment cooperation in Central and Eastern Europe is clarified , and it is suggested that the enterprises give priority to the cooperation of agricultural investment in countries such as Poland , Romania and Serbia ;
Finally , combining the theoretical analysis and the author ' s work accumulation , this paper puts forward some suggestions on the promotion of agricultural investment cooperation between China and Central and Eastern Europe from the government level and the enterprise level .

Through the analysis of this paper , we hope to provide a practical and practical reference for our enterprises to invest in agriculture in central and eastern Europe , and help our enterprises to avoid potential risks in the process of investment , to seek opportunities for investment , to achieve mutual benefit and win - win , and finally to serve China ' s overall strategic cooperation with the countries of Central and Eastern Europe .
