【摘要】：企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力與績效是創(chuàng)新研究領域一個關鍵問題,對實現(xiàn)供給側結構性改革目標具有十分重要的意義。目前大多數(shù)創(chuàng)新能力研究缺乏包括從創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)生到產(chǎn)品市場化整個過程的總體框架,并且多以技術創(chuàng)新為焦點,忽視企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的非技術要素,缺乏超越技術創(chuàng)新活動來探討創(chuàng)新能力的新視域,在研究視角以及方法論方面存在局限與不足。此外,在微觀層面對高端服務業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力與績效進行的實證研究數(shù)量有限,存在研究薄弱、認識不足等問題。在文獻綜述基礎上,本文基于"環(huán)境—對策—實施—產(chǎn)出"的系統(tǒng)觀,提出將創(chuàng)新能力多維性置于企業(yè)組織平臺并對創(chuàng)新全過程進行研究的整合視角。同時,對高端服務業(yè)中小企業(yè)在供給側結構性改革時期的創(chuàng)新能力與績效展開實證研究,采用多元回歸方法,分析了來自上海及長三角地區(qū)企業(yè)1330份樣本調(diào)查獲得的一手數(shù)據(jù),揭示了創(chuàng)新能力對績效的促進作用,為政府制定相關政策及高端服務業(yè)實現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展提供了必要的決策參考,同時,為通過微觀層面研究高端服務業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力與績效提供了可供參考的前期基礎。
[Abstract]:The innovation ability and performance of enterprises is a key issue in the field of innovation research. It is of great significance to realize the goal of supply-side structural reform. At present, most of the research on innovation ability lacks the overall framework, which includes the whole process from the creation of creativity to the marketization of products, and mostly focuses on technological innovation, neglecting the non-technical elements of enterprise innovation. The lack of a new horizon beyond technological innovation to explore innovation capability has limitations and deficiencies in research perspective and methodology. In addition, the number of empirical research on innovation ability and performance of high-end service industry is limited at the micro level, and there are some problems such as weak research, insufficient understanding and so on. On the basis of literature review, based on the system view of "environment, countermeasure, implementation and output", this paper puts forward the integrated perspective of putting the multi-dimension of innovation ability on the enterprise organizational platform and researching the whole process of innovation. At the same time, the paper makes an empirical study on the innovation ability and performance of SMEs in the supply side of the service industry during the period of supply-side structural reform, and analyzes the primary data obtained from 1330 samples of enterprises from Shanghai and Yangtze River Delta by using the method of multiple regression. It reveals the promoting effect of innovation ability on performance, and provides the necessary decision-making reference for the government to formulate relevant policies and realize the innovation development of high-end service industry, at the same time, It provides a reference basis for the research of innovation ability and performance of high-end service industry at the micro level.
