再造“青!保好駠鴷r(shí)期旅外學(xué)生與青海社會(huì)變遷(1929-1949年)

【摘要】:西北地理位置偏僻、交通設(shè)施落后,地區(qū)發(fā)展落后于東部。進(jìn)入民國以后,西北社會(huì)比晚清有所發(fā)展,但依舊緩慢,青海便是一個(gè)典型的地區(qū)。1929年青海建省以前,隸屬于甘肅省,當(dāng)?shù)氐陌l(fā)展與甘肅不可分割,即使在建省以后,與甘肅聯(lián)系也頗為緊密。隨著時(shí)間的推移,南京國民政府為了加強(qiáng)對全國的控制,把目光轉(zhuǎn)移到了西北,這讓當(dāng)?shù)氐慕y(tǒng)治者感到了威脅。為了維護(hù)在西北的統(tǒng)治地位,則必須改變當(dāng)?shù)氐穆浜竺婷。只有不斷發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì),才能有效管理青海,其中最重要的就是發(fā)展教育。青海統(tǒng)治者發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)和教育的初衷是為了維護(hù)其統(tǒng)治,客觀上卻促進(jìn)了青海教育的發(fā)展。青海當(dāng)時(shí)的教育水平及設(shè)施等條件,與東部地區(qū)相比是極其落后的。為了改變這種狀況,青海省政府及教育廳,在國民政府及教育部的支持下,出臺(tái)相關(guān)的政策,從本省選拔優(yōu)秀的青年學(xué)生去省外求學(xué),以期學(xué)成歸來后,參與建設(shè)新青海。 本文的思路及主要內(nèi)容是:第一,清末至民國初期的青海社會(huì),涉及當(dāng)時(shí)的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、民眾的風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣、文化教育等。第二,分析民國前期,青海的教育狀況及當(dāng)時(shí)政府部門在改善教育及其條件上的努力。第三,通過青海旅外學(xué)人的來源與構(gòu)成,分析其外出求學(xué)的緣起、過程和結(jié)果。第四,以青海旅外學(xué)生創(chuàng)辦的刊物為載體,探究他們創(chuàng)辦刊物的目的,,并從刊物的內(nèi)容上反映他們對家鄉(xiāng)的關(guān)注。第五,在旅外學(xué)生學(xué)成返鄉(xiāng)后,在建設(shè)青海中發(fā)揮的作用。
[Abstract]:Northwest geographical location remote, transportation facilities backward, the development of the region lags behind the east. After entering the Republic of China, the northwest society developed more slowly than in the late Qing Dynasty, and Qinghai was a typical region. Before the establishment of Qinghai Province in 1929, it belonged to Gansu Province, and the local development was inseparable from Gansu, even after the establishment of the province. And Gansu is also quite close ties. Over time, the Nanjing National Government, in order to strengthen its control of the country, turned its attention to the northwest, which made the local rulers feel threatened. In order to maintain a dominant position in the northwest, it is necessary to change the backward face of the local. Only the continuous development of economy, can effectively manage Qinghai, one of the most important is the development of education. The original intention of Qinghai rulers to develop economy and education is to maintain their rule, but objectively it promotes the development of Qinghai education. Qinghai's educational level and facilities at that time, compared with the eastern region is extremely backward. In order to change this situation, the Qinghai Provincial Government and the Education Department, with the support of the National Government and the Ministry of Education, issued relevant policies to select outstanding young students from their own province to study outside the province, with a view to participating in the construction of the new Qinghai after they had completed their studies. The ideas and main contents of this paper are as follows: first, the Qinghai society from the late Qing Dynasty to the early period of the Republic of China involves the social and economic development, the customs and habits of the people, and the culture and education at that time. Second, analyze the educational situation of Qinghai in the early period of the Republic of China and the efforts of government departments to improve education and its conditions at that time. Thirdly, the origin, process and result of the study abroad are analyzed. Fourth, taking the publication of Qinghai foreign students as the carrier, this paper explores the purpose of the publication, and reflects their concern to their hometown from the content of the publication. Fifthly, after studying abroad, students will play a role in building Qinghai.
