【摘要】：通過對天士力公司4家海外子公司的國際化發(fā)展進(jìn)行縱向多案例對比分析,基于主導(dǎo)行為與網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入的視角構(gòu)建了海外子公司市場適應(yīng)性演化模型。該模型表明,來自東道國的制度壓力及其變化構(gòu)成了子公司市場適應(yīng)性演化前提和動機(jī);子公司初創(chuàng)階段會以外部主導(dǎo)行為開拓市場尋求以強(qiáng)關(guān)系嵌入當(dāng)?shù)厥袌鼍W(wǎng)絡(luò),進(jìn)而提升對市場的響應(yīng)性;伴隨著子公司的發(fā)展,外部主導(dǎo)行為和內(nèi)部主導(dǎo)行為的相互強(qiáng)化會促進(jìn)子公司構(gòu)建以自身為核心的二元網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu),從而對響應(yīng)性和績效的提升產(chǎn)生正向積極影響;當(dāng)子公司陷入強(qiáng)關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)時將負(fù)向影響市場適應(yīng)性和子公司成長;子公司內(nèi)外部主導(dǎo)行為、網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入和市場適應(yīng)性是一個動態(tài)演化和不斷調(diào)整的過程,起始于外部主導(dǎo)行為并呈現(xiàn)出三者間相互影響、不斷迭代和螺旋式發(fā)展的特征。研究結(jié)論對中國跨國企業(yè)海外子公司的市場適應(yīng)性研究和實(shí)踐具有一定借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:By comparing and analyzing the internationalization development of four overseas subsidiaries of Tianshili Company, this paper constructs the adaptive evolution model of overseas subsidiaries from the perspective of dominant behavior and network embedding. The model shows that the institutional pressure from the host country and its changes constitute the premise and motivation of the adaptive evolution of the subsidiary market. In the initial stage, the subsidiary develops the market with external dominant behavior and seeks to embed the local market network with strong relationships. With the development of subsidiaries, the mutual reinforcement of external dominant behavior and internal dominant behavior will promote the subsidiary to build a dual network structure with its core. It has a positive and positive impact on responsiveness and performance improvement; when the subsidiary falls into a strong network structure, it will negatively affect the market adaptability and the growth of the subsidiary; the internal and external dominant behavior of the subsidiary, Network embedding and market adaptability is a dynamic evolution and continuous adjustment process, starting from the external dominant behavior and showing the characteristics of interaction, iteration and spiral development. The conclusions can be used for reference in the research and practice of overseas subsidiaries of Chinese multinational enterprises.
