【摘要】：厘清公眾不同形式預期對宏觀經濟波動的影響,對提高貨幣政策效率具有重要意義。本文通過構建新凱恩斯模型系統考察不同預期行為下經濟沖擊對宏觀經濟波動的影響,并據此討論貨幣政策有效性。研究結果表明:無論央行偏好何種貨幣政策工具,異質性預期模型較理性預期更易放大總供給和總需求沖擊造成的通脹、產出均衡偏離,并引致較大央行福利損失;價格型調控相比數量型調控能更有效降低宏觀經濟波動,但數量型調控仍在局部情形占優(yōu)價格型調控。為此,本文認為央行應強化預期管理,通過提高政策透明度、完善信息披露等以增強公眾理性預期程度,并在宏觀調控時根據經濟周期特征審慎遴選合意貨幣政策工具,以提高貨幣調控效率,更好引領新常態(tài)經濟發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:It is of great significance to clarify the influence of different forms of public expectation on the macroeconomic fluctuation in order to improve the efficiency of monetary policy. By constructing a new Keynesian model, this paper systematically examines the impact of economic shocks on macroeconomic fluctuations under different expected behaviors, and discusses the effectiveness of monetary policy. The results show that, no matter what monetary policy tool the central bank prefers, the heterogeneous expectation model is more likely to amplify the inflation caused by the impact of aggregate supply and aggregate demand than the rational expectation, and the output equilibrium deviates, which leads to the loss of welfare of the larger central bank. Compared with quantitative regulation, price regulation can reduce macroeconomic fluctuation more effectively, but quantitative control still dominates local price regulation. Therefore, this paper holds that the central bank should strengthen the expected management, enhance the degree of public rational expectations by improving policy transparency and information disclosure, and prudently select desirable monetary policy tools according to the characteristics of the economic cycle in macroeconomic regulation and control. In order to improve the efficiency of monetary control, better guide the new normal economic development.
